This store has by far the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. After ordering a crib I was told it would take 5 days to arrive in store. After weeks of calls trying to find out where my order was (each call was given a response of "I dont know when your order will be in") and contacting the corporate office who did nothing to help I received a call saying "your delivery has been sitting here for weeks. If you do not pick it up we will abandon the order." Are you kidding? This store is a joke. This entire company is a joke. Save your money and time. Shop anywhere else. Making the items yourself and cutting all of your fingers off in the process would be less painful than dealing with this place.

Worst service, a group of manikins would do a better job. What should of taken under five minutes for an online order pick up has so far taken over 20 & 7 employees not to mention Ive been asked my name multiple times because no one can remember a damn thing. Glad this is not my local store!
