Be very cautious if you are shopping here with a gift card. I went in with a $50 gift card, the employee at the register swiped it and told me there was nothing on it. I asked her to swipe it again as I just put $50 on it at Speedway, she reluctantly did said there was nothing on it again and was about to slide it in the cash register coupon slot before another employee told her to punch in the numbers on the card. I again told her that I just put $50 on it and that if it was not working I would need the card back to go back to Speedway and correct the issue. When she keyed in the card number my $5 purchase went through with no issues, she put my gift card into the coupon slot of the cash drawer, and handed me my receipt. I told her that I was going to need the gift card back as there should still be at least $44 and change on it. With attitude, she opened the drawer, grabbed a gift card, and said here. I asked how do I know its mine and she rolled her eyes at me and said to look at the receipt. At this time I requested a manager to confirm I was given the correct gift card back and said to the manager loud enough for all to hear that I believed, the only reason for this employee to do what she did, was that she was trying to steal money from me. I also recommended the manager check for any other used gift cards in her drawer to see if they have a balance on them as typically when a gift card is empty they throw it in the garbage, not the coupon drawer. The manager said she would have a talk with the employee and as I walked out the employee was still on the register checking out customers.

The Babies R Us/Toys R Us stores are all similar. What makes this one stand out is the service. We shop here very frequently. We usually shop on Sundays and the staff is amazing, truly amazing. Most of the time the person checking us out is Marty, and he provides great service and is very knowledgable. Highly recommend this store over the Bluemound one.

Good service but slow lines. The selection is small for baby items so I prefer the babies r us down on Bluemound. You can always count on being asked if you need any help at the Bluemound road location rather than this location and they can answer any question I have.

Have had such terrific customer service from this location, along with Babies "R" Us in Brookfield, WI. Tammy, the manager, was extremely professional, courteous, and is the reason I will continue to shop/register with the "R" Us brands.
