I had one of the worst experiences you can have with a store. I bought a bedroom set that the focus was around the crib. I received the crib and bought the rails that extended the bed into a full size bed. When I checked the colors of the rails I realized they did not match the crib and brought them to the store to return them. Upon trying to return them I realized that they wouldnt even work with the crib I purchased. The assistant manager tried working with me but had no clue what was wrong or what was happening with the crib. I showed him how they wouldnt work and he finally had the light bulb moment after some light labor of converting the crib to the full size bed. ( it never happened because they dont work) I showed him on line what I ordered and what I should have received but they did not have them and they could no longer order those rails. He called from store to store and said they would be shipped to the store via fedex and he would call me in three days which would be a Monday. I called the store and he was off, talked to someone and they had no idea what I was talking about. 4 weeks later I finally get the bed rails shipped to me and what do you know, they are the wrong color and the wrong rails again. The model number is even wrong on the box. it is a shame that this company is going to get my money for the rails because they only offered me in store credit and I doubt I will ever go back.

Im not sure what was in the water today, but the two cashiers I dealt with had the worst attitude. One in particular, Julie, at the customer service desk seemed to be on a mission to make me feel like I was incompetent. I had, what I thought, was a simple transaction. I forgot to show my coupon at the register so I simply needed my transaction refunded and reruns to apply the coupon. Instead of simply reading the coupon and looking at the receipt, "aka, doing her job" she begins to ask me several questions about the coupon and the clothes I was purchasing and with an attitude that caught me off guard. If you dont like your job, dont take it out on people who are simply trying to make a purchase and be on their way. With these kind of employees I understand all the bad reviews for this store.

Went in late evening about an hour and a half before they close to locate a crib I found online and Julie the store manager helped me search for it and advised of a few issues with buying a clearance crib online and additional surcharges they would tack on. I appreciated her honesty immensely and she assisted me in picking out a even better crib for the baby and literally stayed with me the whole time while she made sure customer service in the front processed our order and offered to have to store pickup near where I live to make it easier. Thank you Julie for being so attentive and patient with us we appreciate your type of customer service and dedication!!

I dont know about the rest of the staff (even though customer service was a bit slow), however I worked with Matt and he was extremely helpful with adding my furniture and other various items to our Registry!! Also, he was very efficient with helping my husband get our furniture on our truck!! Kudos to Matt! - Grateful soon-to-be mama

The older blonde woman at the baby registry was a gem, the older woman who was called as back up was not. The cashiers not so nice. I had better experience with the Cicero location and always great customer service at Buy buy baby. This was my second visit to this location and agter spending well over $400 yesterday I wont be going back.

When my daughter was smaller I shopped here and loved it. Now that Im expecting another little girl Im excited to shop here again. I did my registry here and had a positive experienced. Staff were helpful and were always near if I had any questions.

Theres not a lot of items here compared to a Buy Buy Baby and the prices are kinda on the higher side compared to a Target or Amazon too. I do shop here, though not as often as other places.
