I went here to ship a large package, and in addition to being completely rude to me with my 2 young children present, they refused to ship my box! They told me that I needed to purchase a box from them, which would cost $11. I was astonished as the box I was shipping was delivered to my house FROM FedEx! All I did was open it, see that the product was wrong and reseal it! I asked to speak to a manager and all he did was stand and stare at me while 2 of his employees rudely piped in comments like you should have refused the package and we would have taken it back. Really? Why would I refuse something that I thought was what I purchased? This store is horrible!

I had been here in 2008, and had no issues at all with this place. But I was there today, and the experience was awful. The employee was an angry gentleman who clearly had no interest in working there or in customer service in general. And to make things worse, I got home and the scan work he did now has to be re-done. I will go to the Arl Heights location rather than put up with this place. I will never go back to this location again and suggest you drive a few minutes longer to avoid it as well.

Overall got a good service. It could have been better though. Person at store was not trained to print the shipping label by scanning barcode. He spent ten mins looking for documentation on how to print it. But he figured out and learn something tonight. LOL.

Slow service and under-staffed. Always screw up shipping labels with company account info, which requires me to then fill out the old paper labels. Then, miraculously, the cost comes down on shipping to where its supposed to be for our account.

All I wanted was a copy that I emailed to them. They made me go on the internet, spend three dollars and their printer did not work. It is only three dollars, but the way they treated me was horrible.

I had a wonderful experience! This store has a new manager and she is pleasant, helpful and a joy to work with. The service was extra fast and high-quality, too.
