Ive used FedExs online printing service several times in the past, but this was the first time with this store. What a mess. I uploaded a word doc, proofed it online, and it was correct. I submitted a double-sided copy job (2 sides, 1 page) and paid on the website. When I went to pick it up at the store, theyd changed the font Arial Black in only part of the document to Courier, causing it to shift to two pages instead of one. The employees immediate conclusion was that there was an error with my word doc and that "it happens sometimes with fonts". I understand that fonts can be substituted on different computers, but thats the reason for a proof! I pointed out that a) the proof online had been correct and b) if it hadnt been, I would have had to pay more than I did. After I pointed that out, the employee sighed loudly and checked her computer where presumably she saw that I was correct. I said I was not going to pay for the print job unless it matched the online proof. Note that it took me pointing this out to get them to offer to do anything about the issue. Then, she offered to re-do the job, which I accepted. By the time I could come back, I needed the print job that day. When I checked the order, they had fixed the font issue in one place but not another. It now fit onto a single double-sided page, but the font was wrong and it altered the look of the document. I told the employee that it was incorrect and he quoted nearly the exact same spiel about fonts that they had told me the first time. I explained that it was an issue before, that the print job had been re-done specifically to fix the incorrect font. He then told me that he couldnt actually fix the font or re-do the print job without me re-sending the file, even though they had already done this once (just not completely). As I was already missing my deadline, I asked for a refund. (Of course, just like before, the employee did not offer anything in the way of apology or compensation for the problem until I specifically asked.) Getting my refund took ten minutes of the employee clicking on the computer, despite having all the order info right in front of him. So, instead, I used a competitor across the street, who turned out to be about $60 cheaper for the same job and got the entire job done for me within an hour, so I could still have the documents when I needed them. Im actually somewhat thankful FedEx Office screwed it up, as I saved money by going elsewhere.

Extremely rude and unprofeccional ppl works there. Especially that old woman. Ive spent whole bloody roll of duck tape on my parcel. They have decided to check the content after all and cut everything. In the end they refuse to take it and when I ask to give me refund for all tape they ruined, they simply refuse. No problem, Ill take my business to UPS

Do not recommend this place at all!!!! called before I got there to make sure I could print what I needed and I was told I could. So when I got there the computer wouldnt allow me to print it of course!! They still charged me and they were rude. The employees are not helpful at all, they dont care about the customers, just money.

Fedex office tends to be very spotty so when I find a good one I like to spread the word. These folks handled a last min print order from out if town. I got personal email conf before they were even open! Thx Donna. Efficient friendly true pros
