The worst experience in Customer Service in years! I came in to order a service. Sean asked my name and what i wanted to order. While typing something and kept me waiting for 5-7 min pretending he was working on my request until Alexis(another assistant) was done with her previous duties and she had to jump in on my request. He surely looked like he didnt feel like being there. This location is definately inneed of more people like Alexis. She is always very helpful and professional no matter how busy she is. Most of the time i go there she is by herself taking all the work load. Thank you, Alexis.

Went in to have simple trifold designed and printed; clearly something that should be in their wheelhouse. It was anything but. From poor design to them having to cut 1/4 inch to get it to fold in the proper place(and in equal dimensions) to the staff not knowing how a trifold should be folded despite them having samples right there in the store. I had my trifolds come back folded in ways I never thought a trifold could be folded and in unequal panel dimensions (middle being the smallest). All I can say is WOW.

Sadly, the worst service I have had at a Fedex Office. I was "passed over" for assistance because, at the time, I was only doing copies. I had to wonder if they kept lowering the AC because I finally had to leave the work station because I was FREEZING. I wasnt able to complete my work there to send out priority packages.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the customer service my mother received. In a frenzy of planning my grandmothers services, Kyle and Stephen offered their condolences and kindness. It is so refreshing to see such great people brightening up our day during this time.

These guys are great. Theyre on top of the ball, quick to offer service and are always friendly. Everything there short of a 3D printer and never a shortage of stickers or bubble wrap to entertain my son while he waits. Definitely recommend this Fedex Office!

I am not a person who often writes reviews but had I known about the place, I would not have gone there. The service is terrible and I felt as if I was being pushed off from using the store. I would not recommend it to anyone.
