Get a quote! I dropped off a job, and I included a full sample of the finished work. The Print World rep told me they could do it, no prob. Then I got a call later saying that their shop was limited on this process and that they would have to do some things manually....with no mention of costs increasing. When the job was dropped off, they charged me more than DOUBLE the cost of a previous project they had done which was quite similar. Be up front if you cant do the job and dont goug the customer if you take a job that is over your head! Bad business...

There is nothing fancy about this place. But Ive never experienced what other reviewers have. Granted, Ive only had to have a couple things bound and needed to buy course supplements from them, but everyone has always treated me courteously. If you live in the area (or go to school at MU), its obviously in a great location. I do know that its definitely cheaper than the FedEx option. Overall, Id say theyre nice people with okay prices. Best for me is that theyre a local business.

The employees who work here are extremely rude and unhelpful. Their prices are extremely high and the quality is not amazing. Overall I had a very poor experience, and the attitude of the workers (owners?) sent me over the edge.
