This location sucks. I ship corporate, so with an account # and Im always in and out from a location within 5 minutes of getting to the counter. NOT here. It took 45 minutes. The aggressive, young black girl at the counter had NO clue what was going on, then when I corrected her to speed up my experience, she got aggressive and angry at me. Look, if you dont like customer service, go do something else, Vanessa. Also: They looked at me confused when I asked to ship store to store, saying I needed to provide an address. Youre telling me you cant look up other stores in your computer? "No wed have to go to the computer for that" so I had to look up the address. Only location in 30 or more states like this. Just garbage. Nothing but people collecting a check and not even doing it well.

Called to check shipping options- very friendly & cheerful & gave specific info; Went in person on a Tues approx 3:25pm- no wait, clerk polite & positive, short line formed behind me, 2nd clerk opened 2nd scale; Relatively painless (pd cash); Just-in-time for 3:30 pickup- driver scanned box in & right out to truck. Excellent job, folks, thanx.

I get there 15 minutes before they close . Waited at counter until Chris got off the phone . And asked him to help me print one paper. He said its technically 10pm and we are closed . I told him Ive been waiting for you to get off the phone . He said I cant we haft to be closed . It was exactly 10pm . Customer service is a joke here .

When you call, press zero, then 9 for a live person. Also, be careful of their estimates. My final cost on a project was more than twice the estimate. The manager shurgged, "An estimate is just an estimate."

My password was stolen while trying to use my google drive to print from the self service copiers/printers. Absolutely no one wanting to help. Was there for 45 minutes and no one even said "Hi". Good luck.

Called and pressed 9 for a real person, he Knew the answers to my questions with prices, and my questions where not just the run of the mill type either. He was very friendly and helpfull!

I called just trying to get some information. The automatic attendant was relentless. It was so aggravating, I just went to the post office. A real person was there to help me.
