We all know the drivers are overworked and pushed by shorter and impossible deadlines so I prefer to actually pick my item from the store. In other stores the rerouting takes me 2 minutes tops, completely effortless experience but not there... Every time the same story as I try to reroute for pick up, always the arrogance and patronizing attitude. Not one person ever asked even for a tracking number or even how do I want to proceed with my package, they all jump on with a bunch of suggestions of what I did wrong so I didnt received my parcel... All the idiotic suggestions and questions like "are you sure you were home at the time?" was topped today by "ARE YOU SURE YOUR DOORBELL ISNT BROKEN????" .... NOT EVEN ONCE ANYONE THERE SAID "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO?" Its not hard to be nice and helpful to customers, even to the bad ones, instead of arguing just for once ask them what would they like to do with their packages!!!!!

The service at this location was a lot better then what I received at Kinkos. I came in and filled out the wrong form and the girl behind the counter didnt lose her patience, she simply showed me the correct form. She also offered to look up the Zip Code because I wrote it wrong. I have been to Kinkos and they would not help me at all, they just acted like I was an inconvenience so I left and came here. I am so relieved to have a place to go where I will be treated like a customer should!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I dont normally ship items, so when I came in I was nervous. I had a couple packages and the staff showed me how to fill out the forms and even saved me some money in the process. I met the owner, who was assisting staff members and he was actually very nice. I dont understand the negative comments about him. He was very personable to me and the other customers in the store. I will be doing all my future eBay shipping in this location. Thank you.

Terrible Service!! it just seems the guy working there dont care of your business or that I might be a guy or the color of my skin (it seems girls are giving good ratings here so "being a guy" might have been my issue :) )...whichever it was, the service was terrible. No Hi, can I help you or anything. Asked for some tape, very rudely responded with no "I dont supply tapes unless you want to buy some". I walked out of that store feeling like my package would never get shipped.

wow!!.....great ups store!!....clean and organized!!...great, friendly, helpful staff. the young man that helped me (jimmy) was very polite, friendly and quick, all the things that make shipping pleasant!!!...i have a ups store a bit closer to my home but ill be using THIS store from now on....great service which i didnt receive at the other store i had been using!!... ill be doing all my shipping here from now on!!!

I love working with these guys. I have to say I used to use Mail Boxes etc and they were no where near as good as this UPS store. I always use them to send my packages and have a mailbox there. One time I had a package that I was waiting for and they actually called me to let me know it was in. Some of my friends moved their mail boxes to this place and are very glad they did.

The worst service - with no service at all !!! Beware - dont ever go there - you are wasting your time ! Extremely incompetent owner of the UPS store, could not even notarize a simple document, because he does not understand English !!! I thought I would be luckier than other reviewers, but unfortunately that is not the case. Bottom line - the worst ever !!!!!!!!!!

Waited 15 minutes in there without seeing an employee. How was there no one working yet the store was open. I even started yelling into the open back door. Maybe it was a dire circumstance or the employee was sick in the bathroom or something. Sorry to judge a place by just this one experience, but itll be a while before I return to this UPS store.

Very rude customer service! Fast service but the guy working behind the counter was rude to not only myself but everyone in that store. He was very condisending and making fun of someone not being able to make copies on the copier. There are to many ups stores in the area to use beside this one!

Losing a box and a miscommunication on my insurance is losing me out to over $50 of items I own. You should scan all items before you driver. Staff is friendly, but I have quite a bone to pick with the delivery folks... Nothing has me feeling great about complaining to UPS headquarters.

The presumable owner of this store could completely care less about his job and making sure his customers are happy. You wont receive a Welcome, Hi, or Welcome to the ups store ever. Your better off going to another ups store where they actually care.

The service at this location is great! They really do have a personal touch. I had made a mistake on my package and the girl behind the counter helped me fix it and I ended up saving money with her help. I will be doing my shipping here from now on.

Do all your print jobs at FedEx. This sad place overcharges: print charges + computer minutes (big ripoff) , plus you will be greeted by a miserable LOSER. FedEx doesnt charge computer time and have way better people.

The computer doesnt work properly, they didnt open a website which i need, to get the I-94, and the mans said thats problem in webpage, obviously it is not, becouse i before i could open this page at another ups store.

Went to ship something at 6.40pm, and the place is closed. Noone inside, no note. Triple checked to verify their business hours are till 7pm during the week, but i guess thats too important when you run a business.

Never had an issue and one time they even went above and beyond to help me get a USPS package shipped by accepting it even though they don"t handle them.
