I would give this store a -5 review it it was possible. Have we never been treated so rudely. We were spoken to with complete disrespect by the store manager Matt. Their phone service is terrible. We are small business owners, so we reply on our cell phone for business needs, we have had multiple complaints daily about our phones not ringing when customers were trying to call. We went to this Spring location, informed them of our issue, we were told it was our old iphone 5s what was the issue. So we then purchased an iphone 6, and are still having service issues. Went back to the store TWICE within the 14 day trial period to attempt to retrieve our old phone and cancel service, we were told we "HAD" to speak with Matt, who conveniently was not in the store, not one employee even tried to contact Matt nor would they tell us when he would be in next. Sprint has basically trapped us into another 2 year contract. DO NOT use this store for ANY of your needs. In fact, run as far away from this Sprint store, and Sprint all together.

Ive been coming to this location for 2 years and Ive always had a positive experience with helpful employees that get you the best deals. Dennis the manager is always very knowledgeable about the latest and greatest technology and current Sprint deals. Damien and Dennis helped with my newest upgrade to the Galaxy Edge 6 (so cool btw). I also got the Onyx Studio 2 speaker which was an amazing deal with the 0% interest payment plan. I highly recommend this Sprint location! These guys have a fun working atmosphere and they wont stear you wrong!

Bought a phone for my son, Was promised by this store to get a $100.00 credit for myself and a friend. Nothing was further from the truth. The manager I signed with is no longer with the store. The New manager promised to call me. That was weeks ago and I am still without the promised credits or even a call back. I would caution ANYTHING they tell you from this store and I would never recommend ANYONE to this store and even the corporate experience about this situation is not much better.

Mike gave great customer service. Shelby is the store manager, and the reason why if I could Id rate the store a -0! She provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you need any help or have questions you are better off going to the rolling meadows store...or at least a corporate store where people value professionalism and have manners!

I was afraid to go to this store after reading some of the reviews, but I went anyways, and glad I did. The store has new ownership and management. The manager there, Dennis, took great care of me. Got me in and out, transferred everything over me and even put on my screen protector for me. I highly recommend this store.

Came in without an appointment and there was quite a line but Dennis got to us quickly. He provided great service and for the first time since Ive been a Sprint customer I actually felt valued! Great experience and would only go there now.
