So, this past weekend I went to jewel for bounty paper towels and they seemed to be out of stock. I went to the service desk and asked for the manager because i was irritated they were out. The manager, Jennifer came out and spoke with me and was very kind and helpful. She offered me an alternative product and handled herself in a very professional manner. I wanted to write this review to thank her for being so sweet and patient with me because I know i can be very difficult to deal with. thank you Jennifer!

I like the employees they are friendly and always willing to help you find what you need, bakery department need help those employees cant tell you if your getting buttercream or whipped cream cakes or cupcakes and most of them wont take the time to come help you find out for sure what your getting it has only happened at this jewel and not only once its happened on numerous occasions

this is my favorite jewel. they always have my rockstar energy drinks on sale which keeps me coming back. Also, the sensational seafood salad is the best. Staff are very friendly and i rarely see people who cant count abusing the 10 items or less lane. those people should be fired as customers.

The staff is very service-oriented; however, because of their size, the selection is limited. It is more of a convenience store. If I want more of a selection, I go to the Jewel in Wood Dale. Anthony was extremely helpful checking in back to see if they had something I wanted.

This Jewel-Osco has a very clean, neat appearance. Also small town atmosphere & very friendly courteous employees. U cant get me to go to adifferent grocery store even though there are several others in the area. The door greeters are a kick!

Place is well kept, its clean and pretty easy to find what youre looking for. If theres an item that you cant find their staff is well knowledgeable of where items are at. They also have a washroom which helps alot.

Smaller jewel but I use it to get quick items during lunch so definitely has that for it. The staff at the deli is fast and helpful. Definitely recommend the hot wings!
