Went in to get a new phone and to reduce my phone bill with a lower tier plan. Associate said he could give me a deal for being a long time customer, claiming that he could lower my bill by $20/month. He explained that the first bill will be more expensive, but not to worry because the subsequent ones would be lower. After the first bill went up to $190 from $165, the second and third bill has been $183. I contacted customer service, but they are unwilling to do anything.

My husband and I bought I-Phone 4s phones today. We had no wait time at all. The store faces Rand Road in Southpoint Shopping Center and is easy to find. The customer service person explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. She showed us how to use the phone as we are not very tech savvy. The prices were very good. Highly recommend this store.
