DO NOT GO HERE HORRIBLE OWNER Went in to see if I could print off a file from UPS STORE online account. Asked the person working there about it. They responded that they didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. I tried to explain but the person who I later found out was the owner got rude and said that the don’t do that type of thing. Online it shows that they offer internet access but there is none. I wanted to print something from the UPS STORE online account they had no clue how to do this. I tried to explain and the store owner got rude. As I left he continued to insult me and call me an idiot for using the online ordering site that UPS store offers on there web page. That’s when I asked for his name and he told me that he was the owner. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. I would not trust them with anything important. Horrible customer service.

HORRIBLE PLACE - DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Beware of the owner and his college age employee. They have such a terrible attitude and extremely poor customer service skills. If you ask them to help you with something, their response is that they dont get paid a penny to help you (i.e. to help you complete a label or help tape a box). This place could care less about helping people and customer service...they just care about their bottom line. Really too bad. I will never go back and tell everyone else I know to go to the one on Half Day Rd or elsewhere. Every other UPS store I have been to has always had excellent customer service and the employees have been extremely helpful but not at this location.

One of the most friendliest ups store ive been too, the customer service is outstanding. I couldnt ask for better pricing on copies. The employees and the Owner very helpful. I recommed this store to anyone who needs Print Jobs done. They have all sorts of services from printing, shipping, laminating, and Public Notary Service. Its a one stop shop for me.

Favorite Place for all my Shipping & Copy Needs. GREAT FRIENDLY & FAST SERVICE I have used this store about every week for 3 years. You just could not find a more efficient and friendly group of people. They have always handled my shipping needs with great care. I would recommend this Riverwoods UPS Store without reservation. DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went there for notarization of a document which was going to be sent to another Country, and the person who was working there was very disrespectful, unkind and unprofessional. After I sent the mail, I found out that he didnt put the stamp and I had to do the whole process again. Very horrible experience.

I always go here for my packing and shipping needs. They have many different kinds of services such as black & white or color copies, laminating, binding, and even USPS mail service. They are a one stop shop for me. Way to go guys keep up the good work. Thanks for Everything!

Excellent customer service and while some services are not cheap, comparable to alternatives it is not expensive.
