I ordered some shoes online a while back and decided to do a "pick up at store" instead of them being deliver to my house; well a month went by and I never got a call or an email confirmation of my shoes arrival, so I contacted costumer service to see what happened to my order, they told they couldnt track my order and instead they will place a new order since they didnt know if the order was lost or if already arrived and the store and the store failed to contact me, well this time around I decided to have them delivered at their Brookfield Square location and it took less than a week for my shoes to arrive.

My wife and I came in with a gift card hoping not to spend too much and found we ended up not needing to spend anything at all due to the items (clothing) that my wife chose were not only discounted well enough but that the worker at the register added in another $10 off for some discount they were having we didnt even know about. Weve never had an issue with finding things in this store either.

I go there for my clothes beacuse of the selection. They actually have casual dress for men at a reasonable prices. This is very hard to find since the Kmart closed on 108th. Hit the sales. You may have to wait in line a bit but their inventory is worth it. Dont leave JCPenney you fill a niche.

If you are over 30, you are not hip enough to shop here. Employees are too busy to help you. Save your money. Go elsewhere. JC Penny only wants 20 somethings here. As a 40 something, no one was interested in helpping me. Not one employee cared.

the credit department is really messed up and not in sync with online. Made payment on Jun 12, which shows on line but the available credit is not increased yet because payment is still pending. But they did take it out of my bank 4 days ago

There are always better prices at other stores, but when you have a coupon or a gift card its alright. Staff isnt friendly, had a few people turn their backs and walk away while I was asking for assistance.

I like that they have a Sephora department here now, and I like their appliances. The clothes are so/so, although I can usually find nice tops for work.
