El servicio es demasiado malo y lo que mas me molesta es que los trabajadores hispanos son racistas definitivamente no disfrutan su trabajo pides ayuda y parece que les vas a pedir limosna no estan capacitados , les platico mi experiencia fui a que revisaran mi telefono pues se me mojo me explicaron que no tenia arreglo y que tenia que hacer un reclamo con la aseguranza ok me pasaron con alguien que hablaba español para un mejor servicio y que paso que la "señorita" no tenia tiempo por que estaba chateando en facebook y me dio una targeta y me dijo que hablara a la aseguranza le pre gunte que si no tenia tiempo y solo hiso una mueca me moleste y le exigi que le hablara al manager y cual fue mi sorpresa que con todo el ego que existe me dijo "yo soy la manager" y se sonrio que triste que tengan trabajando a este tipo de gente que en ves de ayudar hagan que a uno le den ganas de cambiar de compañia

I have dealt with this store on two seperate occasions and both experiences were terrible. The first time I came in I had to wait 30 minutes only to be told they dont have a particular phone in stock. I left and went to the Mt. Prospect location and had excellent service. The second time I stepped foot into this store was last night, and it will be the lsst time. I came in looking to upgrade my phone. I knew which one I wanted and was hoping to get in and out of there in under 30 minutes. Well after waiting 30 minutes for a representative I was told to call Sprint and pay off my old phone, that took another 45 minutes. I wondered why they didnt tell me to call Sprint while waiting for the representative? Next the phone I wanted wasnt in stock, but a more expensive model was of course. I needed a phone that day so i hesitantly agreed. After being there almost two hours I told the representative I wanted to get out as fast as I can. So what does she do? She tries to sell me every accessory, insurance, Bluetooth speaker in the store. I told her I dont need those things and just wanted to go home. After all this she then tells me she has to charge me a $36 activation fee, even though I was eligible for an upgrade. Whats more is that she doubles my bill by taking off the 50% discount I was getting by switching from Verizon last year. So I now pay as much as I did for Verizon, but on a worse network, worse phone, and less data. These guys are no better than a car dealership and stay away from this place, you have been warned.

I think reviewing a cell phone store is a bit unfair towards the employees there because a persons bias is completely up to how their issue was or wasnt resolved. Knowing that, Im still going to go out on a leg and say something about this particular store. The two employees that helped me directly were Tonisha and Eric. Tonisha was just a joy to talk to and when I initially picked up my phone from Sprint for a cosmetic repair it felt as if I were talking to a friend or family member. Shes a warm and friendly individual. I had to go back because of a network issue problem the next day and while that visit lasted a little over 2 hours, it wasnt all dread and gloom. The next employee was Eric. My phone had to go through a diagnosis and then a flash so I had time to kill. Ive been in the market for a smartwatch so naturally I asked about it. Eric was incredibly receiving to my questions and didnt seem annoyed or irritated by the amount of questions I had. He let me take one out of the box to play with and thats what sold me. The gear 3 was beautiful and I couldnt be happier with it. I do plan on getting a zenwatch still but the Im in love with how sleek and simple the gear 3 looks. I also want to give a lot of thanks to Danny (tech) and the two other techs that helped me through my two issues with my 7 edge. Ive been with Sprint for 17+ years; began on my moms and then finally my own. Out of most of that, this Sprint store has left the best impression on me.

Spanish speaking customers take priority at this location. I waited 25 min to drop off my phone that was given back to me a couple weeks ago from the repair center. Especially since they asked me for a loaner phone they NEVER gave me! Still watching my bill closely for this. They said it was fixed and it wasnt. I wouldnt be surprised if they said it went out but never did. Then the same person who checked me in took the Spanish speaking gentleman and pulled a tech out to immediately look at his phone and help him. At this point I was livid. I then asked the store manager Mr Young why this happened. He said " I dont know, the repair center side is separate from the store and that he had no control over what goes on there." I then replied ..."So you are the manager of this store and YOU have no say so in what goes on under the roof of the store you manage!" I was not rude I did not swear ...God knows I wanted to but at this point I decided to cut my losses and get the managers card and leave. Mr Young I work full time but will talk to your boss before the week is done. Appalled at the customer service or lack of rather. I will never come back to your store and tell everyone to go somewhere else for decent service. Jam taking away the one star google is making me give you. I take five away...negative five stars. Dont ever neglect t people like that and bump people ahead because of a language barrier.

I see the reviews on here and I honestly am surprised. I went in to this particular store last night with a screen on my Note 5 that did not work. Now I work for a Freight Transportation Company and my phone is very important for the job that I do. I came in around 7:30 p.m. so half an hour before closing hoping that someone would help me , I was then informed that they only receive phones for same-day fix until 7 p.m. and at this point Im freaking out because I need my phone to work. Mitch S. Saw how much of a bad position I was in so he stepped in and took care of my phone on the spot. He changed my screen , and even replaced my battery , he also replaced my husbands back cover of his Note 5 and he did it all in like 20 minutes. A huge Plus to all of this was his customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the job he does and also very friendly. This was honestly the best customer service that I have received in a long time. Before I came into this Sprint store , I went to a different store and even called Samsung and they were no help. So thank you Mitch you are absolutely awesome. My husband and I have our go-to guy for getting phones fixed. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I definitely recommend this place , just ask for Mitch. ☺
