I called them to see if I could order a few jackets to be printed with our logo - they said no problem. The price seemed fair and in the past they were ok at printing - this time complete disaster. Over 2+ weeks go by with no update as to when my jackets would be printed. No one even bothered calling - every time I called I was told - yea in a couple minutes you should get a proof - that never happened. Very upset with this location. The people are nice but how can you ignore a customer for over 2 weeks. If I had not called them several times I probably could have left my stuff there for a month and they wouldnt even know. Very disappointing. This was my third job with them and sadly will the be the last. I am more than fair with people but this is ridiculous. When I sent my employee to pick up the jackets - there was nothing about sorry for not doing this - nothing. Doesnt seem like they care at all.

Fastsigns provided quick and professional service. We needed last minute custom table numbers for our wedding reception and a rehearsal dinner surprise from the groom to the bride printed. Some how Fastsigns exceeded the already quick turn-around time that we had requested. They were very friendly, provided professional service, and their price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any printing job.
