One star is too much for this store. I went yesterday with a package that was left in my house by mistake and the store manager was so angry towards me that she almost threw the package at me. I had another package to return and the company that it came from asked to bring it into a UPS store and asked them to called if there was any issues. The store manager screaming when asked to contact the store told me " you can go to your car and call them on your cellphone. Your shipping problem are not for me to handle." I had my 1 year old son in my arms and my 6yrs daughter was helping me with the packages and there was no courtesy toward her attitude. I tried to keep calm but she was laughing at me with the mail man and the customer behind me. I told her that she had very bad customer service but she did not care, please keep away from this store since "UPS DOES NOT HANDLE YOUR MAILING ISSUES"...

Very Disappointed. They lost our package. Also, we had insurance on the shipping. The. Managers name Mary and her employee Jeff were carelessly handling our claim. Since September2015 we were waiting for the claim for our lost package. We finally got fed up when with them so we decided to call UPS claim dept #. The representative told us they send the claim back on September2015. That was 2 weeks later when we found out the lost our package. We went to them and miracless Mary found the claim work and she states she assumed it was taken care off because it was filed. Mary the MANAGER specifically said she wall call us when she found out the delay. She never did. Conclusion, for fair judgement ill leave you to judge.

Terrible service, the owner or at least who I would assume to be the owner since her dog is at work with her and she is more concerned with the dog and phone calls than to handle customers. She does not understand how to multi task or provide service with any sort of speed. I will drive 10 miles out of the area to go to a different store than do my business here.
