I REFUSE to use this place again! Not only did they lie to me about a promised next day delivery. They used Spee-dy delivery service, and gave me a tracking #. I explained that it was meal worms and beetles in the package. After seeing through tracking, that the package had been last updated at 8:30am today....... I decided to call spee-dy...... The guy said well we did nothing wrong, we dont promise next day. Where as UPS promised me this service. So now I am out an outrageous shipping fee, for a package that will be delivered, that will have dead worms in it. Yet, no one is at fault for this. Hmmmm really? Great customer service on both ends. I will be staying away from both of these companies, and ship it through the regular mail for now on! Thanks for nothing UPS and Spee-dy

Protect yourself; do not go here! Sadly, I lost a cherished family heirloom jewelry piece while shipping it with UPS. That should be the worst part, but the worst part was dealing with the owners of this store in trying to get my insurance money back. They told us things like "Were sick as hell of dealing with you" (direct quote). Unfortunately, we had no choice but to deal with them. I never would have assumed the owner stole my jewelry - until the owner adamantly denied doing so on multiple occasions. She even hung up on me for suggesting this was what happened - even though I had suggested no such thing. These people know nothing of customer service. Please, save yourself the drama. Go to the Racine store instead.

Stay away!! They are arrogant and rude whether you talk on the phone or go there in person. I have gone there several times only because my customer requested I ship through UPS and Racine is out of the way. Each time I go there I am hoping things have changed for the better and nope - still the same. If I have to go through UPS again I will take the drive to Racine. Also, their prices are outrageous and frankly I am surprised they are still in business. Stick with FedEx or USPS which beats USP prices all day long and you wont have to deal with their holier than thou attitude. If there was a lower grade I would give it.

So rude. This guy was so rude. I had a question about a package and asked if he could find the tracking package he said i guess if i have too but why dont you google it so rude. Um excuss me but why do you work there?? Thats right to provide customer care... Hope the rest of the staff isnt like that.

Their service was great. It was fast, friendly and professional. I recieved immediate email tracking. My package cost a lot less to ship than the postal service. Could not have been better. Highly recommend.

Dont go here! They charge you an arm and a leg to ship. I shipped something that was 3-4 pounds and was charged $40. The post office said it would have only been 14.95 there. Never shipping from here again.

I got charged $1.50 to print a shipping label to return my books. They claimed it was normally $3 and all stores do this but I have never ever paid this fee before. Not coming back
