Seems my sense of lack of customer service is shared by many at this location. The pure lack of trying or any motivation by Linda (the manager) to try and resolve my issue. My issue was with trying to send a box in its merch container instead of a shipping container. I honestly didnt know the rules so I got the original shipping box. This still wasnt correct considering it needed to be even larger. I think Linda was trying to upsell boxes and packing material, putting sales in front of support. If you have a choice, stay away from this location. The location in Racine is much more friendly and reasonable. No issues printing my shipping label or my package.

If you live in an apartment or condo you can forget about having your package delivered in a timely fashion. I swear, its like the drivers see multiple doors and all of the sudden lose the ability to read an address or ring a doorbell! Ive have SEVERAL delivery issues with this company or I would not have given a poor review but this is a recurring issue! I will say that their Customer Service is moderately helpful when dealing with the delivery issues.

I have been working with this center for shipping both personal and business packages for several years now and I love their service. All staff are very professional. They address me by name when I come in. If I have unusual shipping requests or need assistance theyre always more than happy to help. I have several shipping options available in my area but give all my business to this center.

Absolutely useless and rude to boot. I needed to reprint a brochure (originally printed at another location) with minor changes, and the staff made nothing but excuses on why they couldnt print it. If you need something printed, go somewhere else.

A little too strict with their copyright infringement enforcement. I suspect a misunderstanding of the policy among employees. Went to Office Max and got my documents printed there. Will no longer be using Fed Ex as my printing service

I went shortly before close and sent a package and bought a nice wall calendar for a great price and was back in my car in a flash thanks to the associate who helped me!

Awful customer service. Ruined my wedding invitations and did not reimburse me for the money I spent buying new ones. Very unapologetic. Go anywhere else if you can.

Most of the workers here are extremely helpful and kind, but the manager is not. Shame. I will continue to go here but hopefully will not have to deal with him.
