We used Fast Signs of Gurnee to get a new monument sign made for the property I manage and were so very happy we chose to use them again. The amount of professionalism and courtesy made us fell like we were important. The customer service was the best Ive ever dealt with. They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best it could be. Anything we needed they got it done. The sign was just beautiful and was perfect for the property. Their design team had a new logo made up and I couldnt have asked for anything better. It can be scary sometimes making that big of a change to your property, home etc. but Glenn and Cole made the process very easy. Thank you Glenn, Cole and the rest of Fast Signs of Gurnee for the outstanding job well done. We will be using you again in the future and referring you to anyone that needs signs made. As small, but very busy business owners, we do not have a lot of time to be chasing around other companies to start or complete work that we have given them. Exceptional customer service. The quality of the products produced always exceeds what was expected. Knowledgeable people who are a pleasure to work with. We have done a few small projects with FASTSIGNS of Gurnee in the past but our most recent project was several large wall murals and they turned out great. From design to installation, Russ was very helpful and the murals look fantastic.We ordered more before the installation was completed.
