I went to print 5 pages in black and white from a USB drive. I have used FedEx office in other towns and usually they are great. BUT this place was awful. I had to wait for someone to actually notice me, then when I told her what I needed she said that her printer behind the desk was down. Fine, so she tells me that I need to go to one of the computer consoles and I can print it out for myself because her printer is down and she doesnt have time. After a few minutes at the computer console I realize that to use it Ill have to pay $0.25/min. At that point I just interupt the gal and ask her directly, "So Ill have to pay more money because your printer is down?" She gave me some smart response and I just left because I knew she didnt want to help me anymore. Something that would cost $0.55, would be probably $1.55 because an employee couldnt take time to search from her computer and make a network link to another printer in the store. I know its a small fee, but it proves the point that they dont care about customer service. I do have large print jobs that I used to do at FedEx Office/Kinkos....sorry folks you lost my respect, and business. Luckily I had time and got it printed elsewhere. I live very close to this facility and I will NOT be returning.

I have been to this Kinkos twice in two months. The first time to mail a package, after waiting ten minutes for one of three employees to meet my eye (to wait on me,) I went to the post office and waited in line. (I still figure I got done faster.) This time I wasted five minutes to be told they have NO NOTARY - if you are looking for that service, find another one.

completely incompetent. came here to print a poster, their software couldnt properly print the powerpoint so i had to leave and convert it myself to a pdf. then i called to ask if it was ready but when i came to pick it up they asked me to pay even though the payment had been arranged previously with a GPO account. had to make another trip. poor service.

This place sucks. Went in to print off a quick copy. Had it emailed to me to send to them and they CHARGED ME TO USE THEIR COMPUTER. Are you joking me? I ended up paying over $2 for one blank-and-white copy. Never, ever going back. Dont waste your time with these people.

Yesterday I was charged $130 dollars for packaging of 10 small mugs that I did NOT want.. I had my own tissue paper. Total waste of money and an unnecessary charge and the service aspect was awful. Horrible experience

They NEED to hire more people! On 9/24, 7 pm, there was only 1 employee and a line of 9 people! Poor guy!!! The company should have had at least 3 people working!!! Whats the excuse, FedEx?!

I think its good if you need something quicker to make some copies sometimes its super busy and sometimes theyre slow so that just depends on how fast you get the services you need

Not helpful at all. I was looking for a hub or terminal to ship a specific product and they would not even look in their system to find one or two for me. Very unhappy.

this FedEx is great color copy like fantastic best service always just remember put your work under PDF and you will see the light
