We were short on time and contacted FastSigns in Downers Grove, IL to talk about our needs. They delivered exactly what we wanted, had it on time, were friendly and helpful and gave us over-the-top personal service. Both the owners and the graphic artist kept in touch with us by phone and email to discuss edits which helped us meet our deadline. They all even stayed late on Friday evening to wait for us then helped us switch out the hardware to put in the new signs they had made. The experience was the best we have ever received anywhere, hands down.

I paid for my order up front. Days go by and dont hear from anyone. I call to find out the status of my order. He apologizes and says he will get it to me by the end of the day. That was three days ago. Still havent heard anything else from them. Bad choice to do business with.
