I went to print one single picture and the guy behind the counter decided to serve the person who came AFTER me. He messed up his order and had to redo it. I asked "can you just print my one picture?" And he said he was busy with the other person. Dont you think you need to follow the order of First Come First Serve??? I live 1mile away from them but from now on will use UPS.

For some reason cost for sending documents international in this location was way too expensive!!!! Went over to the Fedex location in Schaumburg Wilkening st. Same package cost only 15% of the price in this location! same address and same arrival date!! Be aware!Whats up with that Fedex?

FedEx is soooo much better than Ups: their helpful workers and the price they charge for printing. On top of printing charges, Ups charges computer time (what a ripoff!).
