Used the self service area due to the fact that all of the employees were preoccupied with personal conversations. Went to print a two page document only to find the printer was out of paper. Waited for that while still being charged for computer time. Signed the document I printed (thank goodness I brought my own pen - could not locate one). Proceeded to attempt to scan the document and could not figure it out so I opened the help documents found on the desktop - the instructions did not match the program or scanner... So I asked for help - I thought maybe I was missing something - the associate I flagged down let out a huge sigh and basically stomped over to where I was working. After a moment he told me I needed to go to a different computer because the one I was using didnt have the right program. The associate then left without another word. Proceeded to ask manager if I could have a partial refund on computer time due to issues with paper and incorrect programs. He proceeded to give me a speech indicating he wasnt about to do that. Didnt bother challenging him. Left. Wont be back again. TLDR: I spent $12 to print two pages and scan it back to my email. Employees were not helpful and were unenthusiastic.

Was just in... absolutely terrible customer service... hint...if you dont like your job find a new one!!!!!! The guy whos working Sunday 8-21-16...12:45pm.... Absolutely terrible..!! Absolutely.. Absolutely No Help Whatsoever!!!! Horrible service!!! I just called back to check on my order which was a just quick card order.... GENERAL MANAGER PLEASE TAKE NOTE: THE YOUNG LADY WHO I SPOKE TO HUNG UP ON ME...WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON AT THAT STORE!!!!! DISGRACEFUL....THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!

We had a hot project that we needed last minute. I called a few times to be sure they could do it, and they said they could. Apparently they didnt look into it because not only could they not do it, but its not possible (due to the size of the paper on a digital printer). At least they werent rude...just incompetent. If you want good printing, go see Dan at Office Max which is like 2 shopping centers west of here. He saved the day for us!!

As a graphic designer, I have been going to FedEx printing services since college. Having a great FedEx is KEY. That being said, this is the best in the Milwaukee area. I have been to Pewaukee numerous times and have had sub-par service. But Brookfield is outstanding. The people are great, super nice, and work with you to get it right.

The most rude and lazy employee works here, his name is Patrick. I even called Fedex customer support because I have never encountered such laziness and they should know that this particular location needs to be cleaned-up and replaced with better employees. He packed my stuff in two separate boxes and never gave me a receipt!!!

My fiance and I printed our wedding invitations at this store, we walked in late in the evening and Adam went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out and make sure we were happy with what we received. Wonderful customer service, and very skilled at his job, we couldnt have asked for a better experience!

I only use this store when I need something same day as online printers are cheaper and offer better quality. With that said the staff is always rude or MIA. The store is generally dirty and they over complicate the entire order process and they automatically upsell you items you dont need or asked for.

Horrible service, wasnt greeted and was ignored by two employees as I waited at the register. They then told me they were out of supplies and I had to go to another store because they wouldnt waste money sending my order there.....
