Horrible customer service. They lied and said they were working on my computer when they never even looked at it. After getting the run around fr four days I took it from them and took it to a great shop near Dewey. That ship is awesome. Stay away from the laptop shop!

Very slow in repair time.they had my computer for two weeks and in the end they replaced the processor with an older, slower one. Will never use them again.
