Dont bother calling the copy center to try to make certain a Human Being takes care of your order. Despite calling to go over my order and my choices, my certificate came out a mess and it never occurred to them to question it. They printed it with the last image on the back and the font reverted to some default font. And then they preferred to make an issue of a 1 page order rather than apologize and refund me my money. Waste of time. Staples might as well continue to replace their associates with machines if their people dont care about providing personal service and checking that a certificate looks half way correct before printing whatever garbage their computers spit out.

Ordered 2 items online to be delivered to store for pickup. Despite receiving notice items were in, a 20 minute on hold phone call could not confirm they were ready for pick up. Went to the store and waited 20 minutes without anyone there to wait on me. One register open, never ending line 3-5 deep and nobody else around to answer pages or requests for help. Waste of time. Now I have to go back at either opening or closing and hope to get waited on. Staples, try hiring enough people to service the customers.

I have been to many staples and this one has by far the rudest and most unhelpful copy center employees. Its fine to certain policies but you are still required to give good customer service including actually speaking to a customer when they have a question. Go to the ups store on rt 24 instead. They are much cheaper and more helpful.

I called ahead. I needed replacement wheels for an office chair used on hardwood floors in our new home. They had what I needed on clearance ($19.99) and they held them at the customer service desk for me to pick up. For the price, cant go wrong... Time will tell...but for less than 20 bucks...Im happy.

Went in to have a 4x6 photo printed. The guy behind the counter said it would be a 2-3 hour wait... seriously? We went to a CVS down the street and had the photo printed in 3 minutes. Great job meeting your customers needs CVS, because Staples couldnt.

Huge store! So many products I couldnt find what I was looking for. No matter the staff was more than happy to help me look. They answered all my questions and if they didnt know the answer they went to find it.

Nothing worked went to print and fax some mortage docs and 2 computers one printer and one fax machine were not working! They did refund me my money but wasted 40 min of my vacation on bad hardware/software.

ordered prints on monday went to pick them up wednesday, they had to re print them off because they couldn find them, wasn that busy, but a super inconvenience since i need the prints for business.
