So this was probably my worst experience at gamestop overall so ill give it a 3 but let me explain this bs... I called them about a week ago because my xbox 360 disk tray basically broke and wouldnt stay shut so I got a new one and I was gonna trade this one in for a little extra money. So I called them and told them the problem and they asked what size hard drive and then said well we would have to take that in separately so I thought okay they dont really need it then. They said they would give like 28 without the refurbish fee in place. I thought that was okay and no problem well they never said anything about a controller. So I brought in the system only and wires and they basically told me that by giving them that system right there I would have to pay them money.... What? So basically I was going to give them a system and pay them to fix it for them to turn around and sell it for way more. Im sorry but that is a bit ridiculous and probably the dumbest crap Ive ever heard.

I pre-ordered an item from them on January 1st of 2017, went into the store about a week or two ago, and noticed the item I had preordered was on the shelf so I went to ask how long theyve had the item in stock the man behind the counter said "about a month..." So my next question was, "why didnt anyone call me?" I told them I had preordered it and then wasnt informed when it was in-stock... So I found that very rude!

The employees are helpful and you can usually get in and out quickly. The store itself is located in a shopping mall directly across from one of the outlet centers, so its convenient to get in and out of. The interior is small and oddly dark, but if youre just running in to purchase a game or gift certificate, its perfectly adequate.

Store is really well organized. Kelly is very helpful an super friendly. She obviously is the person you want to go to with any questions you may have . She is very knowledgeable. Out of all the game stops Ive been too this is my favorite!
