Purchased an Xbox One bundle (console and 4 halo games) yesterday from this fairless hills Best Buy location only to get it home, set it up and its USED! I spent over $500 on the bundle, games and a few extras and they had the nerve to sell me a used item when I paid full price! I set it all up and someones name, email, gamer tag etc are all saved on the console! Not to mention, the games inside were already used and downloaded because the code was scratched off! You cant tell me that the employees didnt notice this RETURNED item wasnt up to par when opening it! It is clear to see that this item was second hand! I am so beyond pissed off! You spend all this money and they dont care! Of course I purchased this last night and after I turned it on to discover its used the store was already closed. I contacted customer service and they were ZERO help! Dont shop at this store! The staff doesnt even know what they are talking about! I called before I came to make sure it was in stock and the employee who answered said they didnt even carry that! I said Im staringat your flyer I know you carry it Im just making sure its in stock! They went on to tell me they only sell "map packs" and they do not have Xbox One bundles??? Really??? You dont sell one of the most popular gaming consoles? Then when I insisted that they do in fact sell them they told me to hold on and they said so we do sell them! Wow. So I repeated that I was looking for the Halo bundle and the employee said no we dont carry that one. So I repeated again, you dont CARRY that or its not in stock? They said we dont carry it, I said its in your flyer for this week! On hold again, comes back and LOOK AT THAT they had it! Ugh this place is a joke!

Computer associates are really great and helpful and kind. My qualms lies with the lack of organization or efficentcy. Purchased a computer about 2 weeks ago, took 2 hours AFTER selecting what device I wanted. This doesnt reflect upon the store of course, but the computer didnt end up working for me so exchanged it for a different OS, (windows for mac) and it took another 2 hours to buy the other one after processing exchange. Systems werent working, school email wouldnt go through to honor discount, manager couldnt be found, couldnt physically locate the computer. The employees were awesome and made me feel confident in my decision, but they NEED to update their method of getting stuff done!!

I went to purchase a pair of Bose headphones as a Christmas gift. It took quite some time to get someone over to open the case to get them out. While I was waiting another customer came to the same section and also needed help. I was disappointed that the Best Buy employee was trying to answer her questions when I was next to be helped instead of just ringing me out. Granted, I blame the other customer a bit more for trying to cut ahead of me, but he could have told her that he would be with her in a moment. Ultimately, I ended up having to return the headphones, and customer service was great about handling the return.

I recently purchased a dell xps 15 a month ago brand new. I went into geek squad today because the updates on the computer were failing to complete. The geek squad would not even open my laptop because I failed to purchase "geek points". The laptop is brand new and used only for business and I relied on Best Buy to give me sturdy computer, especially for the price of the dell xps 15. I am very disappointed that the Geek Squad would not help me today unless I paid $149 for one visit, or signed up for 1, 2, or 3 year coverage which are upward of $200. I am very upset that my brand new laptop will not be fixed.

Best Buy does not honor their price match policy. I showed the manager the receipt of a pair of 3D glasses from Sears, which is the proof of price. They also verified the price on sears website, but the manager nor the staff would not honor Best Buys Price Match Policy. The manager was not interested in selling me the pair of 3D glasses, it was poor service. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes to talk to the manager, and they did not want to help me out or follow Best Buys corporate policies. I would recommend to shop at Sears, their salesreps were more friendly, even though their selection is less.

No customare service at all yesterday purchased sony 4k ultra tv and they said comes with promotion that you can watch $200 worth of movies for free and now i am stuck because some how i am not getting the code for movies i call the best buy and they said call sony and now i call sony no help at all so right now i am dumb becuase i spend 1300 dollar for 4k tv and i thought i can enjoy the movies on this weekend Now i am going to return this tv for sure try some where else where they treat you like a good customer not this location Thank you very much for this horrible experience.......

Ill admit that best buy has its issues but i refuse to let amazon take over. Yes i buy from amazon. Only because they sell items i cant get anywhere else. I like going to bestbuy because you get to see and feel what you are buying. Prices are higher and you have to pay sales tax which sometimes sucks but i like to see and use a product before i buy it. Best buy can be a life saver. I was planning on buying a dji mavic pro to take on vacation. Well amazon couldnt deliver it soon enough nor could dji. Luckily BestBuy had them in stock.

Service here is consistently poor, and the staff does not know the products at all. It can be laughable to listen to most of them to explain tech. I feel sorry for those that dont know better. If there was any place else that was local I would go there. As it is, I do Amazon as much as possible. Also, I have used the pick up in store option 3 times, 3 times received the email telling me it was ready and 3 times I went to the store and had to go get the product off the shelf. What exactly was the point?

Made a reservation with their Auto Tech department to have a radio installed, got 3 confirmation emails, and even left work early to get there only to find out they canceled all appointments as every single auto tech called out sick that morning! This was a friday, and I am guessing everyone wanted a 3 day weekend, and nobody thought to call me and tell me my appointment was canceled! I decided to save myself the hassle and $65 and just install my radio myself. Thanks for nothing Best Buy!

Just spent 15 minutes at a kiosk with kindles which I wanted to purchase tonight. Watched a very full staff walk around and socialize. Not a single employee asked to help me. Decided to look at some tablets and set the alarm off accidentally while looking at one. An employee came over to turn the alarm off and then walked away. Again no offer of help. I spent a half an hour in this store. I will be spending my money somewhere else since the staff here did not seem to want it.
