This Wal-Mart has the worst pharmacy with terrible customer service. My first visit consisted of me arriving at 9am where the pharmacy was Still closed. When the employees did open the window they continued to ignore all 5 of the customers who had congregateed in line for another 10 mins. No greeting, no acknowledgement of any kind. When I was able to finally drop my prescription off they quoted me a wait time of 45 mins. I waited. After which I approached the counter, waited in line again and was told it would be another 20 mins. No apologies, instead I was treated like a disturbance. The employees carried a begrudged demeanor. My second and ultimately last visit to the Wal-Mart pharmacy in Turnersville was equally upsetting. I arrived at 8:50, ten minutes prior to its opening and I waited fifteen minutes for the windows to open. I approached the counter without any greeting from the staff and handed over my prescription. I was then informed that the computers were down and that it would take another thirty minutes to get them started. At no point during my 15 minute wait did any member of the pharmacy approach me to inform me of this dilemma. Instead they watched me stand there in front of the closed window and again treated me like I was a disturbance. Ill never go there again and I urge others to do the same.

Let me start off by saying that I have not once visited a Walmart Store that I found worthy of more than 2 stars. This walmart happens to be the worst of the worst. The only department in the entire store that has somewhat of friendly service, is the deli. Every single employee in the entire store happens to be miserable & hateful. Easter 2016 a man stabbed another man directly behind me in line, security did not respond until the incident was done & over, the dispute from beginning to end lasted 18 minutes. Walmart staff did not in any way try to diffuse the situation, which started out as a petty long & drawn out argument, then eventually ended in a stabbing. I was in line, directly in front of the 2 men, with my children, & Walmarts security allowed this situation to escalate completely disregarding the safety of their fellow employees as well as customers. Needless to say this Walmart happens to be the absolute worst of all Walmarts!!!

Ordered something for in-store pick up that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 8am yesterday morning. Went around noon yesterday to pick it up and it still wasnt ready. When I nicely asked the miserable lady at the pick up window when she thought it would be ready she called some black guy over and he told me it would be ready in about an hour and I would get an email when its ready. Never received an email. Went today to see if its ready and another miserable lady said no with no explanation. How inconvenient and what a waste of my time. Never again will I go to this POORLY run store. Not to mention, they usually have only 2 or 3 registers open at any given time and youre waiting in line to check out for forever or resorting to using their busted ass self check out. NEVER again.

This is a 24 Hr. Supper Walmart. Huge food department from fresh vegs. to frozen foods and everything in between. This freaking store is so gigantic. But be warned! There are those people who ride those scooters and they just stop right in the middle of an and block other shoppers from going around. The other day I was at another store and a lady driving the scooter blocked me from going around. I said very nicely, excuse me please. She looked up at me with a dirty look and signed huffed and a little puffed. I just shook my head, and thought to myself, well if you just pull to one side and leave enough room for other people to go around you.

Every time I come in at night I either have to wait at self check out or the one other open register. Tonight the self checkout was broken and they had one lane open. Had to get really upset for them to finally open another register. It isnt much better during the day, I dont understand why there are only three registers open on a busy day when there are so many employees walking around and long lines... Hate that there are two open on one side and one open at the other so as someone with a bad back I have to make it all the way across the store for a register and still have to stand in line for sometimes twenty minutes...

HORRIBLE SERVICE - if you need to make a return or visit customers service expect to be griefed. You are interrupting their social hour. Personally, Ive never been treated with such disrespect and ignorance in my life. Also people who have disabilities or need to use their motorized carts should note that they only have one or two that work and are almost always in use. Dont bother asking if they could get one for you when it becomes available. They of course will tell you that they will do so and that will be the last you see or hear of them. I refuse to be treated like this and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Have always found Wal-Mart to have the things I need for quick shopping. The only annoying thing is that the manager @ the Turnersville store refuses to resupply the store with small blue baskets. I shop for small supplies & do not wish to use a cart. He has relayed to me that he orders 100 new baskets a month but they are constantly stolen. I havent seen 100 baskets in a year. He needs to rethink his customers needs. If there is a problem with baskets going missing he should resolve the problem , not hold all customers liable for his responsibilities as a manager.

With all the bad publicity Wal Mart has been receiving lately, I thought I would post something positive. I was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding customer service at this Turnersville, New Jersey store. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made my shopping experience enjoyable. As for the customers, well thats another story. Keep up the good work Wal Mart. Ill be back.

Customer service reps are pretty ignorant, Ive asked them for a replacement for an item I bought with a warranty and the associate ignored my request and gave me my money back but yet to inform me I wont get my warranty money back. For future reference pay attention to customers. Other than that walmarts alright. Other customers are ignorant but if you just shop and get out youre fine.
