Using my husbands Gmail account to post this. Never really a bad experience in the store or with the associates. My issue is with the rewards points. I am an Elite member of Best Buys reward club since I spend so much (Way too much) there. Though since my first credit card purchase and being a rewards member there since last summer I have not received one single point. I tell the associates each time I make purchase that I am a rewards member and I havent gotten any points yet. They say give it time. is 8 months enough time? My first purchase of four figures didnt allot me a single point. I have brought this up and even entered receipt information for missing points online. Still nothing. Ive spent several thousand dollars and I just want my points. Sooooo just everyone make sure youre getting what should be coming to you! Dont let this happen to you. Lost money is what that is.

If you can avoid going here you probably should. I went in looking for an arm band for my phone when I run. We opened a couple of packages so I could try them on. None were fitting me because my arm is too skinny. I used to work at an electronics store and I opened things for people all the time. This manager walked by and asked how we were doing I responded good and asked him how he was he didnt respond and walked away whispering into his ear piece. Him and a couple other associates were standing up close to the front door just cutting us with their eyes like we were trying to steal something. Rude as all hell. Ill never be coming back here again. Maybe instead he should of asked to help me find one that would fit better instead of standing around me like a hawk watching everything I did.

Hello, Ive always had pleasant experiences at best buy but my past three encounters have left me very unsatisfied of your service. Three times now Ive been victim of false advertisement. When I arrived at the store the sticker price on the item was around half the retail price because the items were listed as open box. However when they went back to go get the item they informed me that they could not find it in the back. Next the online store said that another item I was looking for was in stock and available for pick up that day at this store yet when I arrive I am again informed that the item can not be located in the store. This happened for all three items I was looking for. This store seems to have really gone down hill.

CAN I JUST SCREAM ABOUT BEST BUY. Part One. This particular Best Buy has a great layout, and my only complaint ever is that theyre often sold out of what Im looking for, be it a PS4 or Laptop, but they are ALWAYS ready to order them in for you. Part Two. Best Buys in general. WORKERS DONT GET RAISES FOR SELLING YOU EXPENSIVE THINGS. Employees only get raises from positive reviews. They will never try to make you overspend, or give you anything but their honest opinions. This makes Best Buy the literal best place to buy (except POSSIBLY online), because they sell you it because they think it will work for you. That said. PLEASE review the employees that stand out to you. Help their wages like they helped you. c:

Only giving the Dover store 1 star because Matt the tech was very friendly. After a HORRIBLE experience with this store and Best Buy in general I decided to give them another shot after not going to Best Buy for about 3-4 yrs. On this trip I spent about $750.00 on car stereo equipment. Only to get home to find out that none of the wires had been soldered and they were fraying, the factory sub in my car had the wires cut (I was told disconnected), and the sound quality was sub par ( factory sub sounded almost as good NOT worth the $750.00 spent). Working on getting everything taken out and a refund on the purchased items minus the wiring.

I went to the store to pick up a tv I ordered online. Showed customer service my order number, verification, and credit card per online instructions and they helped me load it in my truck. No issues. Before I picked up the tv I looked at home theater recievers. About half of the higher end receivers were previous year models. The sales rep in the Magnolia was knowledgeable and offered good advice. I asked about discounted models that meet my specifications and they had one but no remote for it (display model). I decided to do look around some more.

My visit was very pleasant. Except for the printer I requested being out of stock and I have to make another trip up to Best Buy in Dover to pick it up, and the promotional literature on display with the computer I purchased said the Windows Office Suite software package was installed and good for 1 year, but when I went to use it on the computer it said it was only good for 1 month. I was disappointed with that. But over all the store was neat and clean and the sales personnel were very knowledgeable about the products I was going to purchase.

I visited this store to buy a Yamaha receiver and waited over 20 minutes in the magnolia section of the store. I finally got tired of waiting and asked for the manager, he was of little help he said his guy was busy and would be with me when he finished. I left and spent $2000 at one of their competitors. This is the second time I left that store and bought elsewhere. Its no wonder that sales are down for best buy. Keep it up and best buy will be history. I for one will never go back in the store again. WHY waste my time

If youve been in one Best Buy, youve been in them all right? This one seemed overly crowded but it may have been because it was the weekend over Thanksgiving and they had a lot of sale stock on the floor. I spoke with one Blueshirt at length about a Samsung wireless speaker - seemed more knowledgeable than the average salesperson and although I was only visiting their he almost succeeded in selling it to me! Would have been an awkward carry-on item for the flight home though...

If you ever have a problem with something you have purchased, dont even bother with spending two hours on the phone with them because they will not answer your problem. They will just say you would need to come in even though you dont live close. They will make up excuses for their employees not doing their job right. I have had to go back there two times for one issue that isnt even solved yet. So now on the third time I go up there, it will be to return the product.

Geek Squad is great they kept us up to date on the progress of the work being done and called to get our permission on some work that needed to be done. They worked on my laptop/tablet and did a fantastic job. We were an hour early for our appt. and they still took the time to see us and help us to make sure everything is correct. Kudos to all those agents in the Geek Squad. I hope not to see you soon, but if I do I know you will do a great job. THANK YOU!!!
