At first, I would have given them two stars. The place was convenient and they negotiated some on their cost, but still more expensive than most. I got my phone repaired around Labor Day 16. The screen seemed to be fine, but very early on, I could tell it was not original equipment. I couldt look at my screen with polarized sunglasses any longer and there was a slight raised edge all around the perimeter of the screen. Again, this was bad, but not worth getting too upset because the screen worked well otherwise. Fast forward 6 weeks later, and the screen starts malfunctioning and delaminating from the phone. when I tried to push the screen back on, it literally cracked under the pressure of my thumb, signifying it was just plain glass. So in the end, I paid $150 to get screen for six months. The phone is completely non-functional and I need to go shell out more money for another replacement to get me by for a month before my upgrade in November. I would only ever go here in an absolute emergency if you need something to get you by for a couple weeks and have the spare money. Otherwise, stay away.

Love the store and the people that work there. Theyre all very professional and know exactly what theyre doing. They were done fixing my iPhone 6s within 15 minutes and it works much better and I havent had any problems since. Location is convenient and easy to get to.

My screen had a huge crack going through it and my fingers kept getting cut up so I finally gave in and got the screen replaced. It was so easy and fixed within a few minutes, I dont know why I didnt go there sooner. I couldnt be happier with the way it turned out.

Fixed my charger port, but the new port was faulty and my mic/ear speaker didnt work. They then replaced it again a few days later and it works like new. Helpful and nice technician
