I was in this place to get a tower looked at that I bought there. The customer in front of me complained about a tablet he dropped off and never heard from them for over a month. So now they couldnt find his tablet. They wanted me to drop off my tower. No way in hell. Not after I saw what they did to that other customer. Ill take my chances elsewhere.

After falling on my Nexus 5 late last night and completely shattering the screen, I did not think it would be possible to have a brand new screen and a working phone within 12 hours.Thank you, Fix My Phone! I hope I dont ever have to come back, but if I do I am sure it will be another positive experience.

Great place, they fixed my phone and when I broke my laptop I went straight to them. Sucks that they can not fix iPhone 6s Plus phones, but other than that they are amazing. Love this place.

Terrible place, they have no idea what theyre doing. Ruined my laptops, and over-chargered. Dont even consider taking your computer here for repairs unless you want them destroyed.
