I have a 1984 M-1009 CUCV Military Chevy Blazer, I work restoring these vehicles as well as some other military vehicles. These are highly modified factory vehicles made for the military that are do not have the same part as a Civilian Blazer. I came in to get a price on a lift kit, the employee I spoke with disagreed with me when I told him that I have 10 bolt axles front and rear and need a lift kit design for a diesel engine becauset a gas engine weighs nearly half of what the diesel engine does. He said he would go ask his manager and went into the office next to the front counter and talked with has manager about a trans coolers for his truck and nothing about my lift kit for the next 5 minutes; I assume he didnt think about the fact I could hear him from the front counter. He came out and told me that I was wrong and should get a normal lift kit for my truck. they may be nice and friendly but if I didnt restore these vehicles, They would have put a unsafe lift kit on my vehicle, and let me go down the road with and unsafe car... I would bring a mechanic, and know your vehicle if you ever decided to deal with these people so they dont endanger your life by putting the wrong parts on your vehicle.

Poor assistance at this shop. I showed up and started asking questions about accessories I had planned purchasing that day. I had just bought the jeep so I was just getting started with some smaller items for the vehicle. The new trainee was actually very helpful and began to discuss the items I was looking for. The person who was training him, presumably some one who had been there for a while interrupted our conversation and basically told the trainee that he should not help me. He further explained that I need to read the free magazine to figure out what I want! Considering I was prepared to purchase about $700 worth of items that day the guy was a real fool. I decided to leave and order items off the internet from other sources. Why would I go to a store if they wont even help me find what I need??? I drove all the way out there thinking there would be reasonable service beyond what I get get online. They did a great job of losing a long term customer and gained a bad review all at the same time!!! Congrats to the management who thought this was a reasonable policy.

So far my experience has been great I have been working with Zach and he has answered all of my questions with confidence and expertise. I need a new locker installed in my front axle. I have had zero issues bringing any questions to his attention and he even knew of the competitors website I was referring to when he helped me price match the locker. I was able to set an appointment for the next day to bring in my axle and as long as I have no issues from here I will certainly recommend anyone that asks to go there and work with Zach.

New in town and expected this shop to be very friendly just like the rest of Colorado. Not the case... i came in with a lifted ranged that needed to be re-geared, re-aligned, and my shock mounts had broken and i needed a welder to fix them. Nobody was welcoming. treated me like a kid. Very vague answers to my questions, except for the overpriced alignment... Just a lame experience overall... did not live up to expectations, lame attitude and you just lost a grip of cash from this kid because of it.

Took my vehicle in for a suspension "shakedown". Before my appointment i loosened my lower control arm to a point where you could move it with your finger. Got the vehicle back after it was declared good, bolt was still loose. Staff is friendly and good people. Wouldnt suggest getting work done there. Think of it as a last resort if you need a part fast. Otherwise just buy it offline from somewhere else. Since they are based here you have to pay tax your purchase offline.

I was ready spend cash... For my Duramax. Personnel avoided my presence on the show floor, counter full of staff members and not even a "hi, whachya need?" "Good morning..." Nothing... So i looked at bumpers and powersteps and winch and left. Lesson , dont shop where you are not welcome, seems to be cheaper online anyways. You can go there and look at displays tho to see if you like them first... They prolly wont even notice you were there. Juss sayin

Went here to get a quote on some work I want done to my truck and they had no clue what parts I needed to purchase to get the work done therefore couldnt give me a quote for most of it. The part of the work I did get a quote for was missing half the equipment I needed to buy for a transmission transfer. I wont take my vehicle to a shop that doesnt know you need to add a clutch pedal and shifter when going from automatic to manuel.

Had my Jeep Wrangler serviced earlier this week and couldnt be happier with the customer service and the work performed on my Jeep. Ray was super helpful and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, I was constantly in and out of the shop asking questions and looking at other parts, the whole time always helpful and friendly. My Jeep now drives 100% better and I would recommend this shop to anyone, I will definitely be back!

Mediocre customer service... there will be 8 guys at the counter, all too busy to ring you out when you just want to pay for something you already have picked out. They misinformed me as well on a steering stabilizer purchase. It would also be nice if a chain of stores like this would stay open on the weekends. This is when I get bored and want to make impulsive mod purchases... or when I actually have time off to install them.

Went to this location, dealt with Derek and in the end I couldnt have been happier. While I didnt pick up anything major, just replacement D44 covers, I was happy with the support and service received. Derek was able to review my purchase, make sure I wasnt making any mistakes, get it ordered with the quickness and get me the parts on time. I couldnt be happier to have found someone good to deal with thats close to home.

I took my truck in July and had wheels, tires &shocks installed + an alignment the first time on the highway I noticed a shimmy in the steering alled to take it in to get the wheels rebalance they said they were booked had to wait four days to get it done and they had to keep my truck all day ! Really something that should take an hour, I would they would make it a priority not act like it was an inconvenience.

Bodie and everyone really cared about my experience and made my husbands truck exactly what he wanted. Mike was really great at helping me find the right tire for what I needed. He never pushed me towards any tire but let me make up my own decision. 3 days later, I ended up going with the Toyo Open Country MTs and couldnt be happier. I called Kirk and asked if they could trim up the bumper if it rubbed and he said no problem. I could not have asked for better service... Thanks guys, Shawn
