These guys are phenomenal. I dont usually write reviews, but they went so far beyond the call of duty that I just have to tell everyone. I needed a replacement bulb for an fog light and didnt know what to get. I asked the guy at the counter if he would come outside and take a look and see if he could tell me what I needed. He did, I put the bulb in, but it still didnt work. So he came back out, and started tracing the wiring for me to see if there waqs something wrong with the electrical circuit. Nothing obvious, so he went back in and came out with a voltage tester and spent about 20 minutes troubleshooting my electrical system. Finally tracked the problem to an obscure fuse in another part of the system. Replaced the fuse and-- VOILA!-- problem solved. I never even gt his name but he saved me a trip to the repair shop and a $100 mechanics bill. These guys rock. Too bad I dont need auto parts too often, but these guys will be my auto shop for life.

Experience and customer started out great but after ordering two parts from another store that would be in the next day never arrived then when picking up the following day one of the parts was wrong. The fuel filter I purchased was broken tried to return and now have to wait another day for this part very very frustrating and alot of wasted time please go to another location and dont waste your time this will definitely be my last time purchasing from here

Hit and miss at this store. Most of the time really amazing and friendly staff but about 25% of the time they give me the wrong thing and 1 of the times argued with me that I could do work to switch adapters when I one I asked if it was correct (and was) was cheaper then the one he said I needed and then because of a rewards coupon tried telling me I owed him $4 to return the more expensive wiper blade for the $1 cheaper..

Starting off on an new year. And new staff. nice job advance. Unfortunately each parking lot has their own rules and regulations . its just common sense. The manager is a good guy especially if you communicate with him and dont treat him disrespectful as well as the staff they are great helpers. Unfortunately you cant please everyone but the store looks great and you are hitting it off with a bang keep up the good work

Worst Customer service ever. Waited for 20 minutes and they couldnt even help me with a simple screwdriver. I have been all over the Midwest and visited alot of Advanced Auto Parts, I must say this was the worst I have ever been to. The store is run by incompetent people that can barely speed English. Ended up leaving and going to AutoZone down the road about a mile... was helped and out the door in under 5 minutes.

Just got to Denver from NC. Our car started acting up, so we parked in the large and mostly empty lot. I ran next door to pee, because Advance doesnt even have public bathrooms. No sooner did i return, did the associate come running out to tell us he had already called a tow truck. Waving us off, yelling, and turning his back on us to return to the store. No apology given. Avoid the associate with the mowhawk.

Went in to get a new tail light for my truck ordered and it seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. I had gone in a few months back and had no problems. Eventually we were going down the list with him asking me.."is it that one?" over and over. After a minute of that I just told him never mind and walked out. This place used to have really knowledgeable staff.

Was on hold for 8 minutes until someone else came on to ask why I was on hold. The first guy looking for the part I needed apparently ran off or something. I asked him the same question. 5 minutes later he came back to tell me they didnt have the part. I asked for another part, they didnt have it either. Took literally 20 minutes to answer two questions.

Far more helpful than any other auto part store I have patronized on colfax. I didnt treat them like children, not that kind of patronizing. Just I went there and bought stuff a lot and they were really nice about it. They sometimes help you fix things on your car if they arent busy.

Went to get battery tested and for a license plate attachment kit. Paid 2 bucks for cheapest kit they had. Got free battery test and battery was good. No pressure to buy or spend more, and the giy I interacted with was very nice. Good shop, will be back if I need anything else.

Ive never had worse service from so many different employees. Every single time Ive needed something, the parts are incorrect and the staff is terribly rude. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way just to avoid these people- Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else.

Regular auto parts store with fantastic customer service. Javier has helped me fix a number of different things on my car and saved me tons of money. Instead of just blundering through fixes or paying a mechanic $100 an hour I just go there and get some help.

These guys ran out cussing me and threatening to tow my car, because I took too long to come in the store. It was the first place I stopped after a 13 hour drive to Denver. I would give my business to any other location except this one.

Helpful service, needed a bolt and an employee was able to immediately identify what I needed just by feeling the bolt hole. They also except used motor oil which is a nice convenience.
