The two guys I worked with tonight were rude and non-helpful. I have been going to Advance for 8+ years, and have never been treated so horribly. I was told that without an engine light, my car would not give any codes, so they REFUSED to even try. I was rudely told where the car manuals were. I guessed on a sensor, and when I gave the VIN number to the guy, he said he couldnt use that to find my engine. SO I LEFT! I had a friend lend me his code reader, and what do you know? 4 CODES. Googled the cause, and went to Autozone on Ralston Road and they helped me with EVERYTHING. WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. ~Disappointed Jeep & VW Owner

Usually the staff there are very helpful and I usually purchase what Im looking for. The last visit one staff member was very rude and talked down to me as if I didnt know what I was talking about. He tried to sell me high costs items and said what I was looking for didnt exist anymore. Maybe it was because Im a woman. I bought nothing at that visit and found "gumout" at a different location.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly. Usually have what I need whenever I go in and if not they will check with other stores to see if they have it. I have even had them point me to a competitor to check for a part. Always a warm greeting and never a long wait at the counter. They staff well during peak times. Have specials going once in awhile which is nice too.

As with all Advanced Auto Part stores, this store is well stocked and has amazing and friendly customer service. Prices are low and inventory is almost always full. There are not as many employees available as in other Advanced Auto Parts stores, which means checkout or getting your question answered may take some time.

Very professional and friendly. Clean environment and knowledgeable staff. The general manger Steve was awesome to work with and very responsive on my needs. Couldnt ask for a better place to purchase my auto parts. They have made a customer for life.

Mark at the service desk was rude! Guy seemed fed up with his job, and misplaced the caliper clips for my car! Their are better places to get your parts from than Mark w/ AAP. Other employees are good, that guy just inconvenienced my week.

Generally have what you need, but the customer service is mediocre at best. Every time I have gone in I was offered little to no help and the employees seem annoyed if you ask for help finding something.
