This NAPA is dope. The guys there are great, especially Terry, the Assistant Manager, who has helped me out a lot now on 2 separate occasions. The first time, I needed a new car battery, so I went and got it from NAPA. Terry sold it to me and gave me all the tools and instructions I needed to install it myself safely, and the staff there checked it out when I was done to make sure Id done it right. Saved me having to do it at a shop! The second time, however, was where these guys showed that theyre seriously cool about helping folks out. I had bought a NAPA alternator a year and change ago and had a friend install it. Well, last night, driving home from work, it died on me. Ugh. I spent the day with my car in the shop getting a new alternator put in by the mechanic. When I went back to NAPA, I came with the busted alternator, my original receipt/warranty from Washington State, and the new receipt from the mechanic whos installed my alternator here. They took back the alternator and refunded my money without question. Not only that, but they also refunded me the core charge, because they didnt think it was right/fair that since the part had died so quickly that I had to shoulder the expense of the core (which in theory wouldve been the defective alternator). So they went out of their way (without my asking) to refund me those $65. It was awesome of them. Im glad these guys are right down the street from me and I will be sure to go to them for all my auto part needs! Theyre a great staff.

I called the 64th and Sheridan location on a Monday spoke to the assistant manager Michael he "ordered" a trailer hitch for me that was coming in from New Mexico I asked Michael if I needed to pay for the part that day his response was NO YOU PAY WHEN YOU PICK UP. I offered to drive there and pay again he said no. Also assured me it would be here Wednesday or Thursday. I called Wednesday spoke to an older gentleman that also found an invoice the order hitch not there he also assured me part would be in Thursday afternoon because that when they get their deliveries. I went Thursday young kid with glasses was extremely rude would not do anything to fix the issue. Basically called me a liar and said the conversation I had with Michael was not correct. Both need to be trained in knowing how to do their job correctly.

Usually always has what you need in stock. Unless youre looking for something really out of the ordinary from 30 years ago. Like a windshield wiper motor for a Chevy truck from the 80s. Dont ask them they dont have it.

Guys behind counter are helpful but not necessarily knowledgeable. Smaller store but they have the basics. Surprised that they didnt carry window scrapers in Colorado.

Helpful staff and a good amount of inventory. The store is bigger after a recent remodel. Call ahead and they can normally get parts they dont have quickly.
