Company does not have my vehicle on their records and have the parts for my particular type of vehicle very strange I think they need to update their system because when Im calling in for a part for my vehicle and they tell me on the phone that they cannot pull it up because its not on their system it seems kind of strange and not good for business

Not always the cheapest but the staff knows exactly what they are talking about which makes up for the extra couple doller for ofter market parts. I also think that napas parts a pretty good quality. not like some of the other auto parts places

They had a courteous and helpful staff. As well they have a large selection of parts, however the majority of items are held in back where you cannot see them or their prices.
