I wanted to let you know that I received EXCELLENT customer service at one of your locations . 9540 Federal BLVD in Westminster, CO.I accidently poured windshield wiper fluid in the coolant and stopped by the store with questions and a little panic. At that time two workers at the store went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I did not do damage to my car. Joseph (store manager) and Patrick went out of their way to lend a hand in helping my drain out the fluid and then recommend the correct fluid. They let me borrow tools and then they even helped my get started to make sure that I was doing it right. I did not expect this, but only hoped that someone would be able to help me. I am EXTREMELY happy with my experience at AutoZone and will be back to give them my business!

I am sitting in the parking lot right now writing this post. Four people working in the store and I am the only one in there. All four of them see me walk in and right up to the counter and they all walk away. Non the less I stood there for two more minutes as I am patient. I guess they want me to shop at OReilly right down the street.

Bad customer sales representative everytime you try to buy something they say they dont have it when they do have it. Everytime, you call them they hang up with you. Everytime you try to find a part they try to sale you another part that is not the right part and they dont help you try to find the part you are looking for.

The sure has some great prices! The staff goes out of there way to help! I had a check engine light on, they use there computer to tell me what was wrong, sold me the part and printed out directions on how to install AMAZING! They also take you old used oil.

Half the employees know their stuff the other half have no idea, but are at least up front about it. My biggest complaint is that their electrical parts tend to be mediocre in my experience. Ive certainly used that lifetime warranty on a few things.
