Extremely impressed with Julios depth of knowledge. We came in as our check engine light was on and Julio talked us through the possibilities. We dont normally write many reviews but this was an excellent experience and Julio deserves recognition for this. He went above and beyond to help us and gave us many tips on how to keep our Audi in good shape. Give that man a raise! Best customer service Ive had in years! Thank you Julio!

These guys are the best! The guys on colfax suck! I live across the street from the Colfax store and instead drive over to the one on Alameda just because of the great customer service. Terry is the most helpful of them all he has immense knowledge and incredible patience. Hes helped me with my starter, battery, intake, etc. I will always go here for any automotive assistance.

The staff here is usually very friendly and helpful. Sometimes the parts you need will not be in stock but they can usually get them within a day from another store. I like the setup of the store but maybe its just what Im used to. I will continue to shop here.

Great customer service. I went in with a 7 year old battery that could barely start my car. Jennifer took care of me. She replaced the old battery with the new one and it only took 10 min. Now my car starts perfectly and I have no worries.

Jennifer was very rude and basically turned me away,unfortunately this store was the only one that had the parts I needed in stock. Eric was quite helpful but overall I wouldnt recommend this store.
