I have been in the store about 10 times now and Ive been pleased overall. They have charged three car batteries for me that had been in storage for quite some time and were totally dead, for free; all have since worked great. I have since set up a commercial charge account with this same store (5083) due to their friendly and attentive service. The only "problem" Ive ever had was an order I had put together online was not communicated internally, between the employees, and wasnt exactly ready when I got there. However, the young lady behind the counter immediately spoke with a young man in the back and he stopped everything to get my parts together within about 5 minutes. I received immediate full attention for my needs and got a proper professional apology from the Assistant Manager on duty. I see that as excellent service because they owned their mistake and immediately rectified it instead of pointing fingers, or worse, blaming me, which has happened in their competitions stores.

Last Thursday I called advanced to see if they had a rocker arm for a 5.4l triton. The guy on the phone asked me to hold so he could help the person standing in front of him. No problem. I talked to the gentleman and he told me that he could get me the part. I went to Advanced and ordered the part. I was told that it would be 2 days and I returned on Saturday to my part and it was not in. On Sunday it was the wrong part. While trying to find the right part, the guy helping me, answered the phone and helped whoever was on the phone while I stood in front of him. Then they could not get me the right part. Advanced auto parts managed to couple rude manners with incompetence.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This store location hires incompetent employees! I called and asked for a Helicoil thread repair kit. The employee on the phone, "Minnette," reassured me that they had this item in stock. After commuting during a storm to this store, the employee told me that they didnt have this item in stock and began to ask me irrelevant questions. I will be calling the general manager and corporate in the morning in order to report this incidence. I advise that no one goes to this store location for help regarding car repairs. Go to OREILLYS instead for adequate help!!!

I went to this Advance Auto Parts location because the website said it had the part I was looking for when I got to the location not only did he say he didnt have the part but he also said they dont carry the part in any stores any longer... but it was worth a shot so I tried another location and another location and they both had the part I was looking for... so I would suggest to not go here and try somewhere else because they dont know what theyre doing

This is MY parts store! Cheaper than all the other chains and theyve always had the right parts for my Jeep. I could see being frustrated if youre not familiar with working on your own vehicle. These guys arent mechanics, theyre parts dealers. Therefore they might not be able to help you fix your car, but they do an excellent job finding you the right parts!! Will continue shopping here!
