NO STARS! DONT ORDER PARTS FROM THESE IDIOTS. EVERY EFFING TIME I ORDER PARTS FROM ADVANCE AUTO IVE REGRETTED IT. THEORETICALLY THEY CAN ORDER PARTS THAT OTHER PEOPLE CANT BUT THEYRE EITHER NEVER THE RIGHT PART, DOESNT FIT, OR IS JUST A BAD REFURBISHED PART BEING PASSED OF AS NEW. THIS LATEST TIME I NEEDED A PART THAT HAD TO BE ORDERED FROM A NATIONAL DEPOT, NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO PAY UP FRONT, WHEN IT FINALLY CAME IT WAS THE WRONG PART, WRONG BRAND, AND NOT EVEN FOR MY CAR. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO ORDER IT AGAIN AND GET IT RIGHT, THEY SAID THERE WAS NEGATIVE 2 IN STOCK AT THEIR WAREHOUSE. THEN THE UNAPOLOGETIC PILE OF GARBAGE BEHIND THE COUNTER WOULDNT REFUND MY PURCHASE PRICE, BECAUSE THEY CANT REFUND SHIPPING, EVEN WHEN ITS THEIR OWN MISTAKE. ARE YOU JOKING? EFF THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT TO GET JERKED AROUND, THIS IS THE PARTS STORE FOR YOU.

Had a dead battery and they showed one in inventory but not there when I went to get it. Manager Michael Bectel(?) jumped in his personal truck and ran to another store location that had one and brought it back pronto! Dave was extremely helpful as well and I appreciate both of their efforts. They tested for other electrical issues as well as installing the battery. Not easy to find customer service like that anymore! Thanks!!

I called this place to ask for a battery test they told me to come down. When I got there their was two employees working with the store full of customers I asked for them to test my battery. I was told that they were to busy to do it and another employee would be there in ten minuits I waited 20 before leaving. I went to oreillys auto parts. Did not wait got in and out. Advance auto is a joke

I went into this store and was greeted several times by friendly faces, not the kind that are bugging you to buy stuff but just to see if they can help find something. Then as I left I believe I had like three people making sure I would be ok with my bags. Btw, Im in a wheelchair so service like this melts my heart. So thank you to AutoZone and its staff for the fantastic service.

Always have helpful associates. Not the largest store, but had all the common things you need and can order parts relatively quickly. Prices are pretty good. They install small things as part of the purchase (windshield wipers, batteries). You can recycle oil and batteries here.

I came in close to closing with a dead car battery. The manager checked the battery, even checking where I got it from to see if I would have a warranty on it. They suggested a good replacement and even installed it for me. The guys working here are great and very helpful.

These people were very friendly and the store was super clean, even back by the used oil collection container. Their prices are usually the best and, if not, theyll match a competitor. Advance has become my go-to auto parts store over OReilly lately.

Went in to return a starter that was bought at the lakewood store and was under warranty. Bought it 4/04/14. The man there said it looked like i dropped it and he didnt want to deal with it. That i had to take it back to the lakewood store.

Employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I have been to this location several times and have never had a bad experience. Also, if they dont have something they will help you found it. Highly recommend this place.

I needed to change a headlight in my 2006 BMW 325i. A local auto repair placed wanted $40 total. I got the part for $16 and the guy there showed me how to change it. It took like 2 min. I saved money and Im a happy customer.

Friendly and funny customer service, but also knowledgeable. My dad and I were in and out with a new car battery. The store is well stocked and organized. One of the best auto shops in the area.

Staff and selection of products is good. They normally have oil change specials and combine with the Speed Perks reward make this a value packed shopping.
