I have used this AutoZone in the past without any issues. Most of the time I just went in for oil or wipers. On a recent trip I needed a new battery and didnt notice that the manager had given me one with the wrong polarity. When I got home that night I tried intall the battery and noticed the mistake. Unfortunately, the contacts had touched before I noticed and I blew a few fuses. I went to take the battery back in and they swapped it with one that had the correct polarity. Due to a safety measure in my car, it wouldnt go into gear since the break lights werent working so I had to get it towed to a mechanic to diagnose the electrical issues. My mechanic told me that the latest battery was still the wrong one and I needed to get a different one. I went back to AutoZone and had to argue with the manager about trading it in for the correct battery. After 15 min of arguing, he finally gave me the trade in but he tried to give me the wrong polarity again. AutoZone has lost me as a customer due to a store manager giving me the wrong battery 3 times and trying to tell me that it was an honest mistake by him and my fault for not checking the model numbers. Good thing there are 10 other auto parts stores within 2 miles of my house.

These stores are a joke and the people who work in them dont have the capacity for service or competency. My wife bought a remote starter for me for Christmas. She wasnt quite sure what she was getting so she asked one of the guys for help (an older, shorter guy). She asked about the return policy and he said as long as it was not installed they would take it back for a full refund. THEY DID NOT I talked with a fat Mexican guy (a "co-assistant manager," whatever that means) who was trying to grow peach fuzz on his face and this guy said that they do not return electronic items that have been opened. I tried to explain thats not what was explained to my wife when she bought the $100 item and he got defensive, rude and refused to help. Whats worse is that I think that short old guy was next to this other guy when I tried to return the item. And he even came over and gave his two cents to me. AVOID this place and AUTOZONES ALLTOGETHER!!! THEYLL SELL YOU WHATEVER THEY CAN AT YOUR COST.

The manager listened to my problems regarding my A/C and took the time to help me figure out a solution before I spent extra money that would not fix my problem. Her expertise helped me save hundreds of dollars and hours of dealing with a mechanic!! If I have any other issue I will definitely be going back to this store before googling or paying to have it looked at by a mechanic. I cannot be more satisfied with my experience at this store!

I was in desperate need of recharging my AC, as it was blowing out hot air. The car dealership said $200 to check the system and recharge the AC. Oscar was SUCH a huge help! He explained to me how to use the gauge and walked me through, step by step, without even needing to read the instructions on AC charge canister: and stood by my side assuring I didnt damage my vehicle. He was patient and kind! THANKS OSCAR!

Actual score = 0. They refused to help a customer whos car died right outside their store, their excuse was they didnt have enough employees. When more employees showed, they still refused to help the customer. The store manager was rude beyond belief, and refused to provide the customer with any supervisors phone numbers. Dont go there if you expect good service and to be treated like a human being.

I love this store. I dont go very often, but every time I do, Im so impressed by the level of service and expertise. Ive never been disappointed. I can specifically point to Johnny and Spencer who have gone out of their way to help me on separate occasions when I didnt know what was wrong with my car, but every staff member is always personable, informed, and willing to help. Thank you!

The people here are worthless. I would only suggest coming here if you know exactly what you want, because otherwise these clowns wont be able to help you. Ive never been anywhere else with such consistently bad service. I think the baristas at Starbucks across the parking lot could tell you more about your car.

He helped me and showed me the processes he was going through with my battery and alternator and system check. Service was great, new battery seems good, if not Ill leave another review!

I went to buy wipers this morning and I didnt know how to install them. I was really delighted when the staff offered to install them for me. To me, this is great services! I went to a burger restaurant recently and they wouldnt even cut my burger in half for my kids.

Absolutely hated it! Horrible customer service both in-store and on the phone. I was kept on hold on the phone for greater than 5 minutes.Jamie was not helpful and rushed us so he can "assist" the next person. We waited longer on line than actually being assisted.

I had a tough time taking my brake calipers off and found that the pin was twisted. Rather than call a dealership, I contacted AutoZone and they had it in stock and at a reasonable price. They saved a lot of time and money.

The staff can be hit and miss if you have technical questions but usually at least one person in there can give you some really good advice. Otherwise as long as you know what you need they can always help you find it.
