Piss poor customer service from an assistant manager! I was in this Napa Store and needed a 3/8- 16 heli-coil thread repair kit. The one on the shelf was missing the insertion tool so I asked the store to get one from the warehouse and I would pick it up the next day. I returned the next afternoon and one of the assistant managers told me that the kid I was working with would be right back... I don’t find that to be customer service oriented at all, especially from a manager!!!! He didn’t even try to help me… I’ve had the same experience from this fellow before and walked out of the store without buying anything a couple of weeks prior to this experience… I stood around the store for 10 minutes while this assistant manager who was not helping another customer was doing something else, the kid never did show up and after 20 minutes of waiting I said something to this manager and he again didnt seem to give a damn about my order. Ive been using that store for months to buy various parts and supplies while I was refurbishing my motorhome, but I won’t be back there again. I even called to speak to the manager later that day and they left me on hold for 10 minutes.. Pitiful service NAPA... Youve lost a customer for good. There are many auto parts stores on Federal and Ill just go to one of your competitors in the future! I would recommend if you have to go to Napa got to the one at 600 south Federal or stop an one of the other 14 parts stores on Federal!

The only reason Im giving this location one star is because Cesar did his job and was very friendly through the whole process! NAPA you need to hire more people like Cesar if you want to keep customers! If you want good customer service ask for him! DO NOT go in and speak with VICKY or CHARLENE. Both of them are clueless and have absolutely no knowledge on how to do a simple return without being rude to their customers and laughing in their face! They do not know how to do their job and have the worst attitudes I have ever dealt with at any store. We had a simple return in which Charlene said she could not do, so she asked Vicky which is an "assistant manager" who let me tell you was flat out rude and disrespectful and should be demoted for being so unprofessional.

Bad cust. Service if u lose receipt MUST go to store purchased product at just waste of time and was told completely different on the phone before driving to this location employees need to be on same page and have correct information for cust. Ecspecially speaking to cust. W/respect I stead if yelling and talking down to me made me feel very uncomfortable and my business dis not matter even though just spent $1200 in car parts over the last wk

This place treated me great and helped me get the parts I need. I will say that they closed the doors early and a customer was outside knocking on the door - they didnt let him in and it was 2 minutes till they closed. I would have been very upset if I were them, too!

Waited in line almost 20 minutes to buy 4 things - I wont be back if I have a choice of another place. Saw two other employees walking around in back. Only 2 cashiers that were slow as could be. Never acknowledged

This stores online presence says theyre open until 7pm on weekdays, but apparently they close at 6pm, as I discovered when a rude employee simply stared at me as I tried to enter the store at 6:05pm...
