Im pretty stupid when it comes to cars, but fortunately, my car warned me that it was time to swap out my brake pads before anything bad/worse could happen. I swung by this AutoZone to snag new pads, and was impressed by the organization - I remembered that I could use new wiper blades, bam, they were right there in a clearly-labeled aisle. Done. At the counter, service was quick and curteous. Store seemed well-staffed, so everyone coming in was heading back out pretty quickly. I pulled up a part number for the pads that I had snagged from AutoZones website, relayed it to the employee across the counter (cant remember his name, I suck), and he snagged the part within a minute. I asked if there was a wear sensor included with the pads, and the employee told me that he had no idea, instead of trying to BS his way through a conversation. Or, he was entertaining my dumb question, but either way, he was polite. He opened the box, checked the parts out, and asked another employee more familiar with my cars manufacturer about the sensors. Turns out that the sensor is a separate part, so he hopped online, hunted the part down at another AutoZone nearby, and offered to put it on hold for me, or get it sent to his store by that evening. Pretty cool. Had a very positive experience here overall. Staff was friendly, store was clean, service was quick and accurate. This is a little ways out from other auto shops around me, but screw it, Ill come back here for further purchases.

My kid rode his bike by my friends rental car and left a HUGE scratch on it. I was in need of some good scratch remover so I called up my neighborhood Auto Zone and a nice person named Sean answered the phone. He was extremely helpful on the phone and said if I would drive over he would come out and take a look and see what he could do. He recommended a product and proceeded to spend like 10 minutes working on getting the scratch out. I wanted to post a great review and say how refreshing it was to go to your store! Give these guys a shot! Thanks Sean and Auto Zone for making my day!

Superior Service. Having a XB Scion, after 10 years the Freon was running LOW. I called, and was told to come in and ask for the young man with whom I was speaking with on the phone. He went in back, came out to my car, filled the Freon in 3 minutes or less and said, NO CHARGE. I was dumbfound and extremely grateful. He had less than 1/2 a can in back and was recycling which I am in favor of. Also, it was hard times, one of my Arabian horses had just died. This put a smile on a very broken heart! Thank YOU
