I popped in here at 7:54 tonight to get some washer fluid. Its right by the door and takes 2 minutes or less to ring up. The front door was locked and the cashier waved me away even though theyre supposed to be open until 8. Two other people showed up as well as I was driving away. Its OReileys and Autozone for me here on out!

Staff are not very helpful, when I send my wife up to pick up parts (she can turn a wrench, but thats what im here for now) the staff are rude and talk down to her as though she doesnt know what shes talking about. Im not a feminist, but you dont have to be to know this is not the way women working on cars should be treated.

Incompetent staff. Unable to do a refund from another location within hours of transaction. Provided receipt and invoice copy to employee. He offered in store credit, to which I declined. Ill take it back to the location I purchased it from as they dont ever give me issues.
