Small selection, and its very hard to get service- there is never anyone around who works there. A customer service rep is there about half the time, no cashiers, no employees walking around to help guests. Even when I can get them to page someone they sometimes have to do it several times to get a response. Granted they could be short staffed. But judging by how condescending one of the managers (that miraculously was around at one point) talked to his staff member (who was trying to help multiple people at once) I wouldnt work there either. Seems like they need an upper management adjustment.

Management is terrible here. Just because something has a certain price on it does not mean that the price will be honored. And dont expect a friendly manager to help either. What you will likely get is someone mad at you that their signage is incorrect. This has happened to me three times with three different managers over a year and a half.

A much smaller babies are us than a typical store. So they didnt have as many choices . But it was nice to have one close by instead of having to drive a long distance to any of the other Babies "R" Us.

Helpful employees, assisted in helping find products location, and when they didnt have it in Stock, checked other stores to see if anyone else had it. Friendly attentive staff.

Large store, good selection. Has a family bathroom and a mother rest area for breast feeding etc.
