I have had numerous poor experiences at this location. First, the store is dirty from the moment you walk in there is dirt and leaves all over the floor like it hasnt been vacuumed or mopped and we arrived 15 after they opened. Then there is the apathetic staff that arent friendly or helpful. I asked where the baby carriers were and they didnt even walk me to the location to find them and instead pointed in the general direction. Last there is always a long line to checkout. Its stressful enough to go shopping with an infant but to have such a consistently bad experience at this store is just ridiculous. I hope corporate reads these reviews and invests money into cleaning up the store and a good training program. Until then, ll be driving father to go to buy buy baby.

Had major problems with ordering nursery furniture. Our order numbers were never found and the company customer service wouldnt even find our orders. The store assured is it was processing but I was skeptical so I called every week to check up which was a long process trying to explain to the employees. My crib came in and they never called to tell us. They didnt even know it was ours. The toddler rail came in 3 times longer than they said it would cause it came in and they dont know what happened to it so they had to get it again but it was discontinued by that time. Real frustrating.

Day after Christmas and yes can be stressful but you have cashiers with poor attitudes and barely recognized the customers but one actually took the last one in line in a line of ten people. After we stood in line for over 20 minutes. None of them were even trying to be quick and whined in front of customers about being screwed out of a break. I believe one girls name was Tiana. Never go there every. Staff is the worse. General or district manager should start from scratch

I called over and over (more than 10 times) only to get a busy signal after endless ringing. We live an hour away so I wanted to confirm something before making the drive. How hard is it to answer a phone? I ended up ordering from Amazon.

This babys r us is on the small side since its joined with a Toys R us. Friendly staff, went here to buy a boppy. They had a mix up on pricing due to labeling but still honored the price. Good service.
