The staffs have no knowledge about whats going on. I went in to ask questions about the trade-in, the gal in the baby registry department I spoke with gave me very little information and finally said "go ask one of the gentlemen in the pack-n-play department." I spoke with the manager who has no customer service skills and was not helpful at all. I asked if the trade-in applies to items purchased on the internet since they dont have it in the store and he says "it depends." He directed me to go back to the baby registry and said hell page someone to come my way. When I got there it was the first gal I spoke with who knew nothing to begin with. She asked me what she can do, and I told her I was directed to come back. Her exact words were "why couldnt he have helped you? He is in the pack-n-play department." I told her I wasnt sure. So were now trying to figure out which pack-n-play offers ship to store for the discount. She says to me, theres just a lot so if youre looking for one with certain abilities (removable napper, vibration, music, etc.) go ask the pack-n-play department. I wasnt about to just pick something out of my ass. So I told her sure, well go back to the pack-n-play department. Finally when someone met us there, he was even more unhelpful, he told us he doesnt know and is unsure. That he can try to find out but will have to go back to his computer. We just told him forget it and left. This store has the most untrained and unprofessional staffs. The manager neglected to see that we needed a resolution and instead of helping or understanding just shooed us away. PLEASE TRY BUY BUY BABY INSTEAD, THEIR STAFFS ARE MUCH MORE HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I DIDNT HAVE TO ASK FOR ANYONE ONCE, THEY CAME TO ME AND ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP WITH ANYTHING. THE ONLY UNFORTUNATE PART IS THEY DONT HAVE A DISCOUNT PROGRAM. BUT THE ABSOLUTE MOST HELPFUL AND CARING STAFFS.

Mixed reviews. The actual store that I went to is cleaned and well separated into easy to understand sections so that you can find things without having to track someone down. They have a lot on site and even more online. The registry is where I am having major issues. We started our journey in the store and used the registry gun to add things just as we were instructed to by the woman who explained how to use it. When I signed on later, there were things on our registry we didnt even see in the store and deleting them was almost impossible. Some wouldnt delete at all and werent even the right gender for our baby. When I went to update my registry a week later I found I couldnt sign in because my email was not registered with them. I went in store and the woman blamed it on my internet connection. When I told her I tried to connect at my work and at the library as well as home and none worked to sign in, she shrugged. Well, now I am able to log in under chrome but the website is messed up and unusable. Tried it on two other browsers and Babies R Us doesnt recognize my email again. Im tempted to move my registry somewhere else.

My wife and I came in to spend our gift cards and pick up some very last needed items after the arrival of our new baby boy. We looked around and found the things we needed and more. We found some (what looked like great deals) deals on things and ended up grabbing a couple extra items. Come to find out the entire rack of items we were purchasing things from had been wrongly labeled and were not on sale as they had been labeled and advertised. When the manager Terry came over to take care of things he was very rude coming up to the counter as well as very put off on trying to fix the situation. He said nothing to us and grabbed the wrong items went to the shelf pulled the tags/labels down, swapped things out, set them on the counter and walked away. Due to the lack of customer service and the response from management we will not be returning to this location. Spend your money else where.

Do not go here. I have never had a successful experience at this store. Ever. When we registered the lady did not get a single thing right when she typed it in. The names were misspelled, the towns, everything. It took days to figure out what was going on and get them to fix it. Then we ordered a glider there. I called on Sunday to see if it was in yet. They said that they would get it in two Fridays before that. They said it wasnt there. I asked to talk to a manager. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, no one picked up and I finally gave up. I called again today. Apparently my order was there, the very unprofessional people in the back the last time just didnt see it. I dont live nearby, so I will have to go pick it up the next time Im in the area. I try to tell the managers and they always say nice things, and everything is always terrible. Do not go here.

I had a mixed experience on my recent visit. Support staff was very friendly and helpful. B and Mekayla were warm and welcoming. But when there was an issue with the online price match and manager Terry had to come assist, things took an unfortunate turn. His demeanor was strangely curt and it didnt appear he was aware he worked at a store for small children and new/expecting parents. In the end he provided the help I was looking for, however immediately ran back to reprimand another employee for unknowingly giving me incorrect information. The staff seemed afraid and uncomfortable around him, which is quite off putting as a customer. This store has such a great selection and fair pricing but would be well served to invest in customer service training for its management staff.

Seamless experience, all positive. For the first time EVER, I had a 100% positive experience at a Babies R Us (AND I had an exchange during this visit so that says a lot for a babies R us). Crystal & her coworker (sorry I forgot her name, an older woman with straight blonde hair) made my experience worth the 30 extra miles I drove to avoid every other babies R us that Ive been to in the greater Denver area, because they all suck majorly. Thanks to Crystal & team for doing their job to the furthest possible extent. So rare these days!

I have shopped here a many times for many occasions over the years that Ive lived in Colorado and Ive always had a wonderful experience the baby area where the furniture is theyve always been very helpful always been able to retrieve what I was looking for the amounts and for when theyve always called me and told me when they were in so I could come and pick them up so I am very pleased with this store

Everything there is so overpriced, you think that they could have a ladies restroom that doesnt make you feel dirtier after youve been. Lets face it: all of the mommies to be and new moms are going to have to visit the bathroom while we are there, if we are there for more than 20 mins. Could the at least remodel the restroom to reflect the hundreds of dollars we spend there in a single visit?
