I love target. I love how I can price match, I love cartwheel and I love their app, however I do not understand why their employees are not trained on their coupon and price matching policy. It specifically states on their website that when price matching in store (at guest services) that a manufacturer coupon can be applied after price matching. I have had trouble getting a price match at this location 3 different times, Im thinking about printing their policy and showing them since it doesnt seem like anyone knows anything about it. They just stare at eachother or blatantly say that target doesnt price match and use a manufacturer coupon on a single item. I had to explain to the employees multiple times. You can use a price match with a manufacturer coupon but you cannot use price match with cartwheel. You can use 1 target and 1 manufacturer coupon on an item as long as you meet the requirements. Anyway, today was it. I went to guest services and as soon as I put the bottle of shampoo on the counter the guy asked me if I was using price match to which I said yes with a manufacturer coupon and he said they have never done that. EVER. He didnt even bother to check their policy. I walked out of there and drove to walmart. Seriously guys, get it together. This is the only location that refused to follow their own policy, although I literally did this a couple of weeks ago with some baby bottles.

GREAT FOR BEGINNERS: As an aspiring cart racer, myself, this is where it all started. The carts youll find here are stable and behave predictably: two castered wheels up front and two fixed wheels in the back, offering great handling in the turns and tidiness in the straights. For having plastic frames, theyve got a decent weight and rigidity. The bearings in the wheels roll smoothly at low speed and dont make too much noise at high speeds. The lanes are all very wide and the tile is smooth. In the event of a crash, the barriers here all seem to be packed with food, so things could get messy if youre not driving clean. Theres a distinct lack of debris on the track, however, the traffic could be an issue on tighter turns with high barriers that tend to block visibility. I put in a few laps here and had a great time!

If you are thinking about buying a TV here think again. When they are unloading their trucks they dont use forklifts or pallet jacks everything in their trucks are mixed together and two people are the ones who are unloading all the merchandise. They have an hour to unload a whole truck so everything is being slammed on the line and pushed back this includes TVs and everything else thats fragile. So simply dont buy anything that might be fragile at target unless you want to keep going back to the store to return it for a less damaged item.

I like Target but i finally got a credit card was tryn for the redcard to save! The 5% and cant do that with out using ur credit card to do so doesnt make any sense to me! But at least ive saved almg ost 4.00$ for the yearly savings,but pretty sad... But at least I have something to help me and my children with xmas and food! Thats what was looking for so i didnt have to Struggle thru holidays thank you Target really appreciate it.

Super crowded and busy and not enough registers open but the bright side to this was the one guy stocking shelves that helped me look for an item I couldnt find (who knew Scotchgard was so hard to find). When I gave up looking and headed to check out he kept looking and finally chased me down letting me know where it was! This guy knows great customer service!!! Im just sorry I didnt get his name. He made my day

Horrible experience. Worst one in Tucson. With my wife and 2 daughters (2yr old and 2 month old). Got followed by loss prevention guy assuming it was cause of the diaper bag. Really? Then the lines were short at check out but some how happened to take forever to checkout. No sense of urgency. Not sure what the heck their doing at this Target. Get your priorities right Management.

The manager Denisse at the oracle store is very rude. Tried to get some help with a purchase from her. She was very condescending. The humph dont tell me how to do my job attitude. Well quite frankly if she knew how to do her job I would have left a happy shopper. Instead Im not sure I will ever return. Made me feel like I was a thief because your system failed.

Poor selection, not enough cashiers, usually self-checkout is closed, too. So you end up having to walk a mile over to a cashier and then a mile back over to the side of the store where your car is. Most employees seem to wish they were elsewhere. Disgusted nearly every time I go there. I only go there because they are in the neighborhood

This target is always a hit or miss. Sometimes, you can go in, and grab what you need and get out. Other times literally nothing is stocked in the store, the lines are a half hour wait time from understaffing. Additionally, the staff is almost never anywhere to hear help if you need it. Really needs new management for a better store.

Very large store but hate the parking lot. Structured in such a way as there is not always a cart return nearby and you are forced to walk into traffic in some cases very close to the entrance from a major sure street so cars sometimes have little warning for pedestrians.

I want to give a five star for a employee (big guy at cash register name starts with S I think he is a supervisor) he was very professional and friendly and patient helped me with nice discount for school clothes for my daughter. he is asset to your company.

when i wanted 2 return a product i bought the same day and i lost the reciept they asked 4 my drive lisence. but cuz its international they couldnt give it without a passport! a lisence is a valid ID. and all that 4 store credit of less then 10$!

Target used to be my all time favorite store. As prices have raised the last 2 years or so there are a lot of items that I cant afford on my budget, and I have to search for them elsewhere. - I Iike the grocery section - I like the CVS pharmacy.

Easy to find things, good clearance prices.. had to get a litter box and found one that was bigger, nicer, and cheaper than the ones I saw at PetSmart! Cashiers are helpful and efficient and I like the price checkers they have set up.

I feel that this Target is the biggest in Tucson, and its pretty clean as well. I love the layout of the store, the staff here is pretty darn good, and its in a great part of town with a lot of delicious eateries around it.
