Tried to return a new item to this store many times, but there was always some problem. And yes, I did also forget my receipt one time, but still they wouldnt let me to exchange it with another size nor even less for something different of the same amount. Their customer service people and supervisor dont really know what Customer Service stands for... its written above them, but dont really live up for it. Everybody else in the store was very helpful, but since those Service People turned me off so much, I decided to just empty my full cart and go home without purchasing anything. You guys are lucky that different families are having different kids, or youd be already out of business. The store up in Littleton lives much better up to taking care of customers, and Nathan & Jacob are both very helpful and knowledgeable, thankfully!

Honestly this store looks great all of the time except for their clearance racks which could be better recovered to make sure the sizes are where they should be. All of the associates are genuinely helpful as well. What makes almost every visit slightly frustrating is the overly obsessive help. Every time I go to the store I cannot walk 10 steps before I am asked if Im finding everything okay by just about every associate in the store. Id rather have them all greet me at the front door in a line to just get it over with so I can shop with out having someone ask me it over and over. As far as phone help? Gets a 1 star rating from me. Still on hold and its been 9 minutes and counting...

My visit to Babies "R" Us was fantastic. My wife and I showed up and everybody was so friendly. I asked one of the clerks where the restroom was because it was hard to find and I was pleased with how clean the bathroom was I must have pooped for 35 minutes, at least. And the toilet paper was so soft, I felt like I was wiping my butt with pillows. By the time I was done both of my legs had fallen asleep and I had to walk like a cowboy halfway through the store before the tingling stopped. If it wasnt for my wife constantly asking -how much longer, it would have been the perfect. Kudos Babies "R" Us, your pooper is CLEAN.

I love coming here. Ive been to several Babies R Us in different states and this one is by far the best one. Why? Because of the people that work there. Every time were in there Im always getting asked if were finding everything ok, or if we need any help. When I do ask for help they know exactly where things are and point me in the right direction. When I have items to return I dont get hassled about it, I had a baby gift to exchange for something different that was purchased from Babies R Us and I didnt have the receipt and they gladly exchanged it for me with no problem.

this specific location rocks! having my 1st baby and needed assistance w/products and performance...staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. i got the bulk of my baby needs at babies r us and at an incredible price. of course, i went to lil boutiques in denver to get specialty items, but for the most part, BRU really delivered. just to name a few of the crew who made this experience a breeze, there is kristal, kristina and dawn. they each did their part and exceeded! grazie mille, BRU, i will be back ;p

Amanda was amazing! Ive never been to this location before do to the fact Im out of state and I drove 40min to get there, traffic was horrible but I was so happy about my visit I will go again even if it means to sit through traffic. By far some of the best customer service from everyone that helped me even the girl who introduced Amanda to me. Thank you.

This store was super clean. It smelled nice and was organized. We were shopping for a travel combo and Kayleen stopped to help up. She was extremely knowledgeable and actually educated us more than I couldve expected. This store beats the one thats a mile east. Weve been to every babies r us in the Denver area. This is the best one.

They said we would get a 15% completion discount in the mail. We did not have it a week before or due date and went into the store to by the remaining items and put them together before the baby came. The only gave us a 10% discount in the store even though they said it would be 15%. I dont like being lied to by companies.

I hadnt been to this store for several years, and now we are expecting again so Ive been there several times to shop, to pick up online orders, and we completed our registry here. The customer service is fantastic and has improved TREMENDOUSLY. I dont know who is responsible but keep up the great work!

Horrible.. There is a girl working as a cashier her name Vicky .. oh my god shes a rude ,,shes said a bad world in front of my baby.. and when we ask her to call the manager she said Im the manager and I dont care for any body her .. we cant forget what happened today ever

The sales associates at this Babies R Us are friendly and helpful. The management is amazing, and is quick to resolve any issues/concerns with products, inventory, and pricing. The team here goes above and beyond for customers. I highly recommend this store.

This was my first time here. Customer service was okay. We asked for help but no one came so my husband went ahead and carried out our seven month year olds baby stroller. There were nice clothes but honestly Walmart has the same for better value.

Was able to do my baby registry and find absolutely everything we needed and wanted. Everyone was extremely helpful not only did I get a congrats email and a phone call. Also got an awesome goody bag full of baby stuff.
